Good morning! I’m sorry to keep you all waiting on the cupcake challenge announcement. I think I had a little too much birthday celebration last week and I was home sick yesterday. I’m feeling a little better today and plan to head back into work this morning. One of the good things about yesterday was that I was able to check out all of your beautiful cupcake challenge creations from the couch! The winner of the Featured Cupcake Sampler honors is Tammy from Stamp Happy! You can check out her adorable cupcake cards here… she made two! It looks like Typepad is experiencing an outage right now becuase I can’t get Tammy’s blog to pop (or any other Typepad blog), but make sure you check back later to see her wonderful cards! And the winner of the Stampendous Summer Party acrylic stamp set is Kristen from Katydid Creations. Kristen, email me with your snail mail address and I will send out your goodie package right away! Sunday marked the release of four more fabulous stamp sets from Papertrey Ink! I wanted to share a few of my favorites with you today. For the first I used the new Guidelines stamp set. I love the possibilities with this set! The cardstock is Papertrey Vanilla, Lavender Moon, and Plum Pudding. I wasn’t sure how black would look paired with these colors, but I really like the pop it provides. I also had fun playing with Lisa Johnson’s first stamp set, Flower Garden. This is another set with endless possibilities! There are solid flowers for those less inclined to coloring, and outline flowers for the Copic crazies. 🙂 The last card I want to show you uses the beautiful Birds of a Feather set by Candice. I love the solid bird images, but my favorite part of the set are the beautiful sentiments. I love the swirly whimsical font. Make sure you check out the rest of the design team creations at the Papertrey Ink Gallery! These women are pure stamping genius! If you’re interested in purchasing any of these cards, be on the lookout for them at Taylored Expressions. Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you all have a wonderful day!
