Divine Design 2009 – March
Can you believe we’re well into March already!? That means it’s time for another Divine Design with Lori, Jami, Angel, and Nancy. I’m continuing on with my Frame Your Imagination vertical stand project by creating a 6×6 layout to add each month. You can see what I came up with for January and February here. I’m using the same collection of patterned paper (SEI Dill Blossom) for all of my creations. The verse I chose this month is just the reminder I needed:
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present or the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord”
Romans 8:38-39
I’d like to do a word study on the ancient Greek of this verse. I love that its been translated as “I am convinced“. It doesn’t say “I believe” or “I hope” or “I think”. Convinced is such a strong word that leaves no room for doubt. And that’s just what I needed today! There is no doubt in my heart that absolutely nothing can separate me from the love of God. What a strong promise!
We’ll be posting our Bible verse creations on the 9th of each month, and we hope that you’ll join us in sharing a verse that has meaning for you. There are very few rules to this challenge, but you can read all of them on this thread at Splitcoaststampers.
