Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks Day 2
Welcome to Day 2 of Sneak Peeks at Taylored Expressions! Today the Baker’s Dozen and I are sharing sneak peeks with two fabulous new stamp sets! All of the new goodies will be available for purchase at the TE Store tomorrow at 8am PST! I’ve got another long post today, but I’ll make it worthwhile with another prize at the end!
The first stamp set, Sweet Occasions, was illustrated by Nancy McKinney and features concepts by Jami Sibley. When Jami presented me with the sketches for this set, I immediately fell in love! I know she is so excited to finally have these designs in rubber and I have no doubt that you’ll be excited to use them! For my sneak peek project, I decided to create a set of coordinating cards. This set is perfect for all of the ‘sweet occasions’ in life and I think these notecards will make a nice Christmas gift for someone on my list this year! I stamped each of the images on Choice Snow White cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. The images are easy to trim so I just cut them out by hand, but they also coordinate with the Spellbinders rectangle dies for easy cutting and scalloped layers. Each image has a coordinating sentiment that can be used on the outside or the inside of the card. I stamped each of the sentiments on the outside of the card. So the cards say:
–Friend…you make life sweet!
–Thanks…that was so sweet of you!
–Congrats…on your sweet new place!
–Celebrate…Happy Birthday with a cherry on top!
And now we’ve been waiting a long time to introduce you to this next set! The rest of the Baker’s Dozen sneak peeks today feature Crafty Cuppie, a collection of creative cupcakes…a must-have for every crafter! I used Knitting Cuppie to make this thank you card for the very special lady who crocheted the most beautiful flowers for me! In fact, I added one of her crocheted masterpieces to the front of the card. It was tough to part with…definitely one of those embellishments that I hoard! I colored the image to match a few scraps of Cosmo Cricket Early Bird patterned paper and used a sentiment from the Branching out set. There are so many crafty possibilities with this set and I can’t wait to show you more with this set tomorrow!

One lucky winner will be chosen at random from all of the comments on one of the blogs, but the trick is that nobody knows which blog it will be! You have until 6am PST on Friday to enter. The winner will be announced right here on Friday morning!
