December Release Roundup
We just celebrated our December release at Taylored Expressions almost a week ago and it was filled with lots of fun new products… a little something for you and a little something for those on your gift list! I’m always so proud of what our talented design team creates and it’s a fun task for me to search through their projects and come up with my favorites to share during our release roundup. And here they are!
Both Jackie and Karen G. used the Friendship Blooms set for a completely different look. Jackie’s purple and orange combination make her card fabulously soft and sweet while Karen’s pop of red gives her card a unique and bold look!
You can tell these two talented ladies have a similar yet very unique shabby chic style and I love it! Melissa used a fabulous doily and some extra large ribbon to set her image apart while our guest designer Mona added many small embellishments to bring her creation to life. I love all the lacey goodness here!
Karen M. and Tori both decided to create gift sets using the Crafty Petite sets. Karen little box of buttons would make the perfect gift! I especially love the pretty little bows she tied on both projects! And Tori’s sweet sewing basket would make any fabric lover swoon! I love the sweet tag with the matching card.
Danielle & Jodi both used the Sew Happy stamp set to create these fabulous projects. Danielle’s wooden purse filled with tags is so sweet. There’s nothing I love more than Danielle’s tags! And Jodi’s card is a sight to behold with layered scallops all wrapped in lace and adorned with a yummy vintage button!
As you’ll see from these two projects, we can always count on Sankari and Regina for clever creations! The mini note wallet is such a cute way to store those small gift cards and tags! And I love Regina’s use of the Scallops & Circles impression plate to create this “Control the Chaos” note catcher. It would be the perfect addition to any kitchen refrigerator!
Donna and Charmaine got their craft on with the crafty petites too! I know we all have lots of those mini sewing kits around and Donna’s packaging is perfect for safekeeping in your purse or a sweet little gift! Charmaine’s cuteness features the sheet from the Knit Wit set paired with my favorite sentiment…it makes me giggle!
And last, but certainly not least, our Whimsical Wishes illustrator Nancy created this beautiful card using her latest Friendship Blooms stamp set. I love the tone on tone embossed leaves in the background and the tiny pearl detailing on the leafy branch!
So there you have my favorite projects from this release! I know tons of you found some favorites from this release too and you may have noticed that the majority of our new Crafty Petite sets are sold out. We’re hoping to have them back in stock within the next week!
In the meantime, we have the new October Afternoon Campfire collection just in as well as new embellishments (stickers & buttons) for OA’s Modern Homemaker and Schoolhouse to satisfy your creative sweet tooth!
