Taylored Expressions January Sneaks – Day 1
Good morning and welcome to the first day of sneak peeks for the January release at Taylored Expressions! I’ve been hinting at a huge release and I can hardly wait to get started! All of the products you’ll see during our sneak peeks will be available for purchase at 8am PST on Friday! The Baker’s Dozen and I are excited to show you what’s on the menu today as we sneak peeks at two new stamp sets, New Beginnings and Rest & Renewal, along with two coordinating dies, Frame It Up and Butterflies. New Beginnings is a set that I illustrated for the TE collection from a beautiful concept brought to us by Sankari. I was so inspired by the gorgeous sentiments and other symbols of new beginnings, goals, and resolutions from her initial drawings. It’s the perfect set for the start of a new year and it’s one of my new favorites! The Rest & Renewal set was designed to coordinate with New Beginnings and is very special to me. My dad often says, “You need some soul care, Taylor.” Which is his way of saying that I need to rest, both physically and in God’s promises, and allow time to renew my spirit. As we begin a new year I thought this would be the perfect time to make some “soul care” sentiments available through our Lasting Impressions collection. I’ll stop chatting now and get to the goodies!
New Beginnings. I popped the frames up on foam squares and added butterflies to many of the cards as well. Both the popped up frames and the butterflies were created using two of our latest dies (see below)! Now of course it just wouldn’t be a gift set without a Perfect Package for storage! I think my dad appreciates the storage box more than the cards because he actually gets to keep it! He sends out all the cards and then lines his office shelves with the empty storage boxes. The big flower on the front is is a Teal Felt Blossom. I removed the white pearl from the center and inserted a green pearl brad from the Brights collection. That’s it for my projects… I hope you see something you like!
