Guess who’s 6 months old!?

Our sweet Madelyn Grace is *almost* seven months old now, but these pictures were taken during her six month photo session last month. While I was pregnant everyone (and I mean EVERYONE!) told me to enjoy the precious moments when they are small because they grow up way too fast. At the time I sort of brushed it off thinking “How fast could it actually go?”. Well, turns out that she’s growing up faster than I ever imagined! These days Madi is sitting up on her own, eating sweet potatoes & bananas, loving her Jumperoo, and being an all around crazy girl. She has such a sweet personality and her smile is enough to melt your heart! As you can see, I had a hard time choosing which pictures to share so I picked a bunch of my favorites!

TFS these adorable pic's of Madelyn, she is a diva! I love how you dress her and those sweet headbands. It is bringing back wonderful memories from my sweet girl's baby days.
BTW, love that silver couch and where can I get one. LOL!

She is SO CUTE!!! Picture # 5 Zebra print and Pink my fav. I have a grand daughter that just turned 5 months ….such fun to dress up and play with. Enjoy,It does go way to fast.

It's impossible to pick just one! She is absolutely precious. Just looking at her I would so do it all over again (the diapers, spit up and no sleep!) I miss those days. I could totally relate to what everyone told you when you were pregnant. I heard the same things and thought people were off their rockers! One friend went so far as to tell me she's be starting Kingergarden before I knew it. AND SHE WAS RIGHT! The day I walked her to her classroom I bawled thinking back to her comment. It does go by in a blink. Time to have another!!!! LOL! Thanks for giving me the biggest smile today!

Great photos 🙂 They do grow up quickly – can't believe I have preteens!! Enjoy them while they are not mobile too – once they crawl it's a whole other ball game, never mind when they start to walk! Precious moments 🙂

What an adorable little doll she is! I love that first picture with her hand on the arm of the sofa. She has such a cute expression! Have you tried teaching her basic sign language (milk, cereal, eat, tired, play, etc). I did that when my DD was about Madi's age and it was easy to do. You'd be surprised at how communicative babies can be. It's fun, and really helpful, to actually know what your baby is thinking. ~Hugs!

What absolutely darling pictures!! So glad you are enjoying every minute with her. I am shocked at how fast the time went when my children were growing. Now, my oldest granddaughter just turned 21 and I am still trying figure out where the time went.

As someone else mentioned, nurse her for liftoff and landing. But if she's too distracted or won't nurse, give her a bottle (provided that's something she's used to) or give her a soother. In case her ears still hurt, make sure you have some Advil or Tylenol infant drops with you. You could also ask your doctor what dose of cold medicine or Gravol is appropriate for her age in case she is fussy. It will help her sleep. Often dosing for under 2years isn't on the bottle so check with your doctor. I'd also highly recommend wearing your baby during the flight. I prefer a Moby style wrap because is stored small, fits anyone and is extremely comfortable. I bought mine at Snuggy Baby.com but I suppose you won't get it in time. Finer baby stores sell them too; maybe there is one near you. Dress her in layers and same for you worrying more about comfort than looks especially your shoes. Hope this helps.

Nurse during take off and landing. Your baby will naturally swallow and pop her ears and not be one of those squalling, screaming in pain babies!
