Coming Soon: New TE Look & Web Store Launch!
Good morning and Happy Thursday! If you’ve been tuning in to our Facebook page and newsletters recently then you’ve probably seen a few sprinkles of what’s to come. In less than two weeks we’re launching a newly designed TE web store including new colors, logo, stamp packaging, gallery, blog, and more!
You can see our new logo above and here’s a little peek at what you’ll find on our homepage starting July 8th:
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to put the finishing touches on all of the 1500+ items in the store and today I wanted to share a little bit more about the transition and how it will affect your account information currently stored with TE. Here are some FAQ’s:
The TE web store is protected by an SSL certificate that encrypts all
user information, including phone number, email address, and billing
information. So whether you’re signing up for our newsletter or placing
an order, your information is 100% secure on tayloredexpressions.com.
Plus, we don’t share your information with anyone!
Will my account information transfer over to the new store?
technical reasons, we were not able to transfer individual account
information to the new store, but it will take less than a minute to set
up a new account.
Why do I need to create a new account?
- move through the checkout process faster
- store multiple shipping addresses
- view and track your orders
- access purchased downloads
- create and share a wish list
- access gift cards
- edit newsletter preferences
I have a Gift Certificate that I haven’t used yet. Will it still be available?
all gift certificate codes will be transferred to the new store. If you
have questions about an unused gift certificate, please email support@tayloredexpressions.com.
Will my Key Ingredients or Stamp of the Month subscriptions transfer automatically?
we are not able to transfer files or wish lists to your new account.
These include Inspiration Sheets, the Moka Hair & Skin Color Chart,
and any other purchased or free downloadable file. Please take a few
minutes to go into your TE account and save each of the files to your
computer. Also, please make note of any wish list items. You have until July 5, 2013 to download your files.
