July Kit & Stamp of the Month Blog Hop Day 3
Hey there! We’re on the last day of our kit club inspiration hop and it has been so much fun to see what everyone has created with the supplies this month! We wanted to show the versatility of our kit club options so during the past two days we’ve showed projects using the kit ingredients paired with the coordinating Stamp of the Month and also with another TE stamp set. And now in order to show the versatility of the stamp of the month set, we’re all sharing projects that use Cute Hoot combined with patterned papers other than those in the July kit.
I had fun deciding which papers to use and finally settled on the Snap Life collection from Simple Stories along with the Snap Life Hello Chipboard set. Here’s one of the cards I made:
I loved the girl chipboard sticker and thought it would work perfectly with the little thought bubble in the Cute Hoot stamp set. I also stamped the arrow border along the bottom. The two ink colors I used are both Prima Chalk Edgers in Turquoise Stone and Dark Bark. This one came together so quickly that I decided to make another one using another Simple Stories chipboard sticker:
I started by stamping the large arrow/bracket stamp in Turquoise Stone, Dark Bark, and Vintage Pink on each side of the trimmed piece of Snow White cardstock. Then I just added the ‘hello’ chipboard sticker in the middle and tied it all off with a piece of Swimming Pool Doodle Twine.
If you’re not familiar with our Key Ingredients and Stamp of the Month subscription clubs, you can find all of the information HERE. Now let’s check out how the rest of the design team girls used the Cute Hoot stamp set!
