Create ‘N Connect Las Vegas!

Hey there! We arrived in Las Vegas last weekend and we’ve been making our debut at the Craft and Hobby Association Create-N-Connect conference and trade show! I’ve had so much fun sharing Taylored Expressions with store owners and designers from around the world. Today is the last day of the show, and before we head back to Iowa (where it’s a lot cooler than Las Vegas!) I wanted to share some pictures of our booth with you.

A bright and happy place to get cozy with the new TE catalog.
We held a fun little Make ‘n Take for show attendees using our Scalloped Notecard and Posh Posies stamp set and die.
The TE booth also showcased the brilliant work of our design team!
Today is the last day of the show and we had a wonderful time greeting old friends and making many new ones. We began some partnerships that we hope will bring us closer to making TE products available to you locally as well as online.

    Oh no, I missed the party! My favorite from the new release is the birch tree cutting plate and the birch tree accessories. These would make great masculine cards and projects. I always struggle with masculine cards, these would make the so much easier! I also love the Band-it die! Such a versatile die, would be a great addition to any crafter's stash! Ok, I know its more than one favorite, but one? Really?!

    When I first saw the Mr & Mrs floral card – I loved it and thought, well, it's really pretty and it is probably lots of work, but well worth it. Then I see it is all on one plate! It's a beautiful design! I would impress everyone i know by making anniversary cards and wedding cards!

    As always, there are SO many things that I really love! I will be putting quite a few on my wishlist!!! The one I like the best, however, is the birch tree die. I have always loved birch trees- the way the bark looks, the way the leaves sound when the wind blows through them. We don't have them here in Texas where I live, but they remind me of where I grew up and spend many vacations with my Grandma in Wisconsin. I will be purchasing that birch tree die and using it ASAP!

Well, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Birch Tree Cutting die – I am going to created ALL my holiday cards with it and CASE all of the lovely projects posted by your DT (heh heh heh) using die cuts from the Birch Tree Accessories set and LOTS of your other bird dies peeking from behind the branches as well. AWESOME RELEASE TAYLOR! Regina did a good job officiating at the party as well, I had a lot of fun and enjoyed everyone's company!     I can see all of my Christmas cards with that beautiful background!
    But I think first I will make some framed layered photos of the 4 seasons using the Birch Tree cutting plate. I will decorate each set of trees for a different season and hang them on the stair way so I can look at them as I walk to my studio every day 🙂

    Thanks for the fun party! Like most everyone else, my favorite was the birch tree cutting die. You could do so many different things with it. We are supposed to be making wedding invites for a fall wedding. Think I might try this die and see how it works with fall colors.

    The Birch Tree Cutting Plate is my FAVORITE!! I love the animals and the sign. I would use it for Christmas cards, bookmarks (owl), decorating gifts and goody bags, and many different types of cards. As soon as I saw it I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!
