Hey there! It’s time for Day 2 of sneak peeks for the August release at Taylored Expressions! If you missed the sneaks yesterday, scroll down just a bit to check ’em out. Today we’re hard at work sharing some super cute office themed stamps and dies. All of our new products (10 stamp sets & 14 dies!) will be available for purchase at the TE web store on Thursday, August 8th at 8am PST.

As someone who used to work in an office, I enjoyed making cards for special occasions like co-worker birthdays. Baker’s Dozen member Wanda is also known for her crafty creations with the staff at her office so when she presented the concept for office-themed stamps it was a perfect fit!

The Workplace Wishes stamp set covers occasions like birthday, promotion, retirement, and thank you with several office appropriate images like a water cooler, filing cabinet, and computer. Here’s the card I made:

As these illustrations were coming to life, Jami said “Wouldn’t it be cool to stamp a bunch of computers together with the ‘happy birthday from all of us’ sentiment?” I thought her idea was super fun so I decided to tackle it! I started by stamping the front computer and then masking each computer as I continued stamping so that they would look like they were all sitting on a desktop.

After I finished stamping and coloring the images I realized I made one mistake… can you find it? The blue computer looks to be sitting on top of the green computer. Well, lesson learned for next time and I’ll just cross my fingers that the recipient won’t notice! *wink*

The push pins on each side of the sentiment are from the new From the Desk Of die set which is full of cute office ephemera like a paper clip, asterisk, bracket, pencil, tape dispenser, etc. I cut the push pins from orange patterned paper and colored the ends with silver paint pen.
