Share Joy Update
Hey there! I’m stopping by today with a Share Joy update! I wish I was also sharing the joy of the birth of our little girl with you, but she has decided she’s not ready to join us in the world yet. I’ll keep you posted!
Through our Share Joy Campaign we’re seeking to make a difference in the lives of others with a simple handmade card. We launched our second initiative last month to collect birthday cards for the homeless! No matter who you are or where you’re from, everyone has a birthday and it deserves to be celebrated! We’ve partnered with three organizations who serve the homeless and with the help of your generous handmade card donations we hope to put a smile on many faces.
As you can see, we’re off to a great start with these beautiful cards:
Thank you so much to everyone who has sent in cards so far! We could still use many more cards so I hope you’ll consider joining the Share Joy Campaign. You can read more about our campaign and find all of the guidelines for card donations HERE.

older runaway and homeless youth who have exhausted community resources,
family, and friends. The Center offers a variety of programs and
facilities that will teach homeless youth to live independently and
become self-sufficient. Helping to eliminate homelessness among
children, youth, and young mothers, the IHYC strives to uphold dignity,
build assets, and achieve independence.
