Blog Design Team: Try the Bunny Slope!
Brrrr! It is getting really cold, crafty friends! Today, Blog Design Team member Kay Miller has a cute, sweet holiday card that is just perfect for this kind of weather! Check it out…
Let’s hear from Kay about her project…
Although we get most of our snow in January and February, it’s never to
early to make winter and snow-themed cards. I love to send them for
Holiday cards and even for thank-yous or winter birthdays as well. Today,
I’ve created a fun winter themed card with the cute Ready, Set, Snow
stamp set.I stamped the the cute little trio of bunnies on Sugar Cube cardstock and colored them with Copic markers.
I cut them where they would fit on top of my A2 size card base and glued
them down flat. I cut a piece of Cupcake cardstock and cut it to 4-1/4
x 5-1/2 to cover the face of an A2 sized card and cut a hole out of the
center of it for my little bunny scene to show through.I then cut out the Rolling Clouds border with Sugar Cube cardstock and
glued that along the bottom edge of my pink piece for snow. I stamped
the sentiment in black ink and adhered this whole piece with foam tape
over the colored bunnies. I then cut out the snowflakes and added them
with foam tape to finish it off.I hope you all have a wonderful winter and Happy Holidays!
Thank you so much, Kay, for sharing this happy bunny card with us! Be sure to visit Kay on her blog, My Joyful Moments, for more of her gorgeous work. Have a joyful day!
