If you missed out on this set during Monday’s sneak peeks here’s a look at an interactive card created by Keia Shipp-Smith using this stamp and die set:
So let’s get started with the new products for creating cards and card sets for dad:
First up, we have several new Little Bits dies designed to pair with new and old sentiments in our Punny Man sentiment series:
Jean Manis shows off the Little Bits – Hole in One set with our new Build a Scene – Grassy Hills as well as the Little Bits – Tools. And they both look great paired with the previously released Block Party – Dad die.
Kim Singdahlsen paired the new Little Bits – Grill Tools with the previously released Grill, Hamburger, and Soda Bottle to create a colorful card for the grill master in your life. She also used the Build a Scene – Grassy Hills on the cute little mushroom tag adorning the card that would be perfect for dads or friends.
Here’s a look at the sentiments in the previously released Punny Man along with the new sentiments in our Punny Man 2 set and the useful Simply Said – Dad stamp set for a few extra Father’s Day specific options:
The new Punny Man 2 set has sentiments to work with Little Bits – Mushrooms and several previously released Little Bits dies. Here are some ideas for you:
“For the record” with Little Bits – Record — “Coolest Pop” with Little Bits – Popsicle — “One in a Melon” with Little Bits – Watermelon — “Extra Cheesy” with Little Bits – Mac & Cheese (as Michele Boyer shares below):
You’ve already seen one of the most versatile products in this release used throughout this week of sneak peeks. It’s the Build a Scene – Grassy Hills! These hills were designed to follow the same curve as our original Build a Scene – Rolling Hills so that they can be layered together or used separately.
Just a couple more things to share with you today! My dad always loves it when I make him notecard sets so I like to design products that make it easy to keep him well-stocked. Our new Gunny Sack Background stamp was designed to make masculine card sets a breeze by providing an open space for a monogram or sentiment from the previously released Noteworthy stamp set:
Here’s a look at a set of notecards that Melody Rupple designed using the Gunny Sack and our Initially dies for the monogram. And I love how she packaged it all up in a clear card box with the previously released Noteworthy Belly Band die:
Last, but certainly not least, after sharing our previously released Daughter of a King with you, there have been numerous requests for a Son of a King stamp and we’re happy to deliver that this month! These are great for baptisms, first communion, and other faith celebrati Here’s a look at the girl and boy design side by side along with samples from design team alum Steph Kraft and creative team member Kim Singdahlsen:
So that wraps up our new products for May! What’s been your favorite thing you’ve seen this week? I hope you see something that inspires you to get creative! Before you head out for the day, I have one more chance to win one of our new products before you can buy it by answering my Question of the Day!
Today I’m giving away the Build a Scene – Grassy Hills!
Let’s remember dad’s by celebrating their favorite hobbies! Several hobbies are depicted in our Little Bits above and I’m curious, what is/was your dad’s favorite hobby? My dad’s is golf and tennis and I can always count on anything related to those two hobbies as a gift that would be appreciated! Which makes me think… we need a Little Bits – Tennis Racket! Why have I not thought of this before!?
Don’t forget to check out the creativity from our talented team! By clicking on their faces below you’ll be taken to their blogs for even more inspiration! Thanks for stopping by today and we’ll see you back here for the launch of the May Release and announcement of our Question of the Day winners tomorrow morning at 7am PST!
