Clearly Planned Sneak Peek Day 3: Show Me the Way!
Happy Wednesday, crafty friends! It’s the last day of sneak peeks of our brand new Clearly Planned stamps and dies before they release tomorrow, Thursday, August 17 at 7am PST in the TE Webstore! Today it’s all about Occasions — you know, everything from babies to birthdays to happy couples — and marking your calendar to make sure you never miss a celebration. I am also showing off one of my very favorite stamp sets from this release — it’s the kind of set that always points me in the right direction, as you’ll soon see!

Some of my favorite planner stamps to have in my stash are ones that feature elements. For highlighting and keeping me on track, I find that arrows are a fabulous way to keep me pointed in the right direction (grin!) — our new stamp set, Show Me the Way, is just the thing! Up first is another layout from Sparkle:
The color on her layout is so vibrant and joyful. I just love how sometimes the arrows point out important moments and at other times they just make a really cute decoration for her happy page! Next is a weekly layout from designer Tricia Schaden…
Tricia really put Show Me the Way to good use on her hues of blue layout. (Note to self: ask Tricia what in the world “Pickleball” is — I have to say my curiosity if piqued!)
Loving how she used the arrows to create her month’s title and also the idea of putting the time of an important appointment inside an arrow — what a terrific way to highlight!
And repetitive stamping works so well here to section off several days in a row — I’m already envious of Tricia’s lakeside vacation, aren’t you?

This takes me to our last sneak peek before Release Day tomorrow! Joining our previously released Mark Your Calendar – Holidays is the new Mark Your Calendar – Occasions stamp set. This handy, useful set has got just what you need to mark all those special occasions that you’ve got to keep track of.
Shelly Mercado’s monthly layout sticks to what’s important by marking occasions that matter. Looks like Shelly’s got a birthday-heavy month!
How sweet are these images to mark a baby shower? I love how Shelly stamped on patterned paper and fussy cut. So cute!
It’s party time! With so many birthdays this month, Shelly can use this set to also remind her to purchase gifts and keep track of who still needs one! By trimming a piece of cupcake paper (from our Hello Happiness Paper Pack) Shelly easily highlighted the day of the big celebration.
Designer Jen Shults reminds us that our photopolymer stamps are perfect for card making, too! She created this darling baby card using the images from Mark Your Calendar – Occasions — by embossing the images in white and watercoloring in and around them, she created a card that looks almost 3-dimensional!
