I love to use inks and trying to learn how to color in images but am still a beginner. I prefer to stamp and make designs that don’t require a lot of coloring, and always admire those who are great at it.

  • Ruth Dupchen

I like to use ink pad, markers, or color pencils. It is color that I love! Putting different combinations together to achieve a fabulous look.

  • Vivian C.

I go both ways depending on my mood. I use colored pencils for coloring. I could use more practice to hone my coloring skills, so winning the Color Me Background would be awesome.

  • Beverly Perdue

Love the zinnia and the butterfly! Such pretty vibrant colors! I absolutely love coloring! It is so relaxing for me. I usually color with my Copics, but I also use color pencils sometimes.

  • ErikaS

    I color with my Copics.

  • Barb Tennigkeit

I love coloring with all types of mediums and techniques. My tension is released. Wish I could color at work.

  • Marisela Delgado

Coloring is the only way for me. Markers and I do NOT get along. I LOVE Crayola Color Pencils, but also have fancy one. Crayolas never fail, though. I also use water colors. Plus, I add glitter to EVERYTHING! Like Miss Piggy, I love sparkle. =)

  • Oreety

I love coloring in all its forms and mediums, be it watercolors, colored pencils, alcohol markers etc…if it can produce color, then I love it!

  • karenajo

The Zinnia, the Big Butterfly and the Coloring Background – WOW – spectacular products ! Coloring to me is very relaxing and I love to do it with colored pencils !

  • Eva Wierzbinski

I love coloring!!! My go-to are Copic markers (that Taylor introduced me to many moons ago)! My favorite stamps to color are all of the TE blooms in baskets!

  • Jen Mensah

I like to do both- but often times stamping is just easier than coloring! Plus using the Misti means I can fix any errors- with coloring I always go out of the lines ????

  • Arianna Barbara

Definitely yes! I enjoy coloring. Copics are my fav coloring medium.
Love so much the beautiful creations of today! Great release!

  • Jane T

Love the wreath and butterfly sets. I enjoy coloring.

  • Tosha

Coloring is another one of the “C” words that release stress for me. You add coffee and chocolate with coloring and my stress will just fade into the background. Nice release!

  • Laurie Brown

Oh I love to color-so relaxing!!! Must have been all the coloring books as a child!!! Awesome stamps!!!

  • Sherry

I love coloring! I would love to color that gorgeous butterfly!

  • Michel Espey

  • Rebecca Ednie

I adore colouring! And that big butterfly? Amazing!

  • LC Lamothe

Such eye-catching projects and awesome new products! I still have a lot to learn with regards to coloring techniques and I wish had more time to devote to improving my coloring skills. I’m always impressed by others’ skills and like to take time to admire the gorgeous detailing of it all.

  • Lynn

I love coloring, but bigger open spaces rather than smaller intricate designs. Love the new big butterfly and the rosette cutting plate!

  • Cindy G

As a fairly new crafter, I enjoy both coloring & stamping and am glad both have a place. I like learning new techniques, and feel I am still learning to use layering stamps, copics, watercolors, and other mediums. By the way, today’s release is super fantastic! I can’t wait to get my hands on them ????????

  • Heidi H

I love coloring- I’ve been taking some kit and clowder classes recently and trying to get better with colored pencils. I still need a lot of work! I also really enjoy copic markers and the zig clean color/arteza brushes.

  • Marsha Reed

I love coloring! While I do like to use inks for watercolor and Copic markers, my favorite way to color is with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. It’s something new I learned at a class taught by Taylor. I have found that I can blend my colors so much better using that technique. And, I am loving this new release!

  • Carla Hundley

    Beautiful cards and
    I love that Big Butterfly
    stamp! I’m not good at
    coloring, so I like to
    use colored inks if
    possible.
    Carla from Utah

  • Michelle L. Woodrum

I like to emboss then get ink dabbers and go over it. I like to color with both colored pencils and markets.

  • Lori VanRoekel

I love to color, but inking in layers looks like a fun new technique that I would love to try!

  • Laura

My favorite is water color markers, although I am rediscovering colored pencils.

  • Janet Sisk

I love color! I have so many products that I use to add color to my cards including colored pencils, inks, sprays, markers of all kinds, crayons, glue and probably something else that I am forgetting. I LOVE the Zinnia stamp and die! That is my favorite flower to plant. Thanks for the inspiration and chance to win. 😀

  • Stampfoldandrepeat (Jeanie)

I gotta admit I prefer to get inky instead of coloring 🙂 I have only used alcohol markets so far and I think I am getting the hang of it (for a beginner), but I prefer layering stamps because it’s quicker and the results are more predictable.

  • Deb F

I love coloring with copics, pencil, and watercolor.

  • Jean Marmo

Amazing inspiration! I love using watercolor for coloring! So soft and prettY!

  • María Alba Negrón

    Hi Taylor,

Color all the way for me! I fluctuate between ink stamping and copics with a little of watercolor along the way. My favorite to color are flowers, I love your stamps and the inspiration from your designers, Thanks!!!!

  • Lyn

Colouring for me is a wonderful way to relax. I dont always colour but when it is a beautiful stamp like the large flower I am happy to do so and I think it is rewarding to complete something like this. Also nice to know so much has gone into a card with love.

  • Chris L

I personally love to color, I find it really relaxing. But I honestly enjoy getting to make cards any way!

  • stampinggrandma

Fabulous creations!! I sometimes like to color! It all depends on how much time I have or not have!!

    • Taylor

I totally agree! I love to color, but if I’m short on time I’ll choose a more simple method. But for the most part I find coloring really relaxing!

  • Jennifer Petersen

WOW! Loving these new releases! I am attempting to be more of a colorer . . can’t say I am great at it but with practice I hope to be better. Plus it is something I can do with my kiddo’s that they all enjoy while we watch a movie or show together.

  • Mikel Adkins

Coloring is fun and can be relaxing. I enjoy watercoloring, whether it is with pencils or watercolor markers. Loving the Color Me background, and the Big Butterfly and Big Blooms Zinnia!

  • Elise Smith

OMG! I love everything being released today! The flowers, the butterfly, and especially the sparrow 🙂 Coloring can be fun and relaxing but sometimes I’m such a perfectionist and it’s more enjoyable for me to use solid stamps. Just depends on my mood! Usually I like coloring with colored pencils the most, but I also like watercoloring 🙂

  • Kathy J in Ellicott City

Great new release! I loved the video showing how to use the wreath set. On coloring, I love to color, it is very relaxing.

  • Dana M

Wow, gorgeous new products and amazing inspiration projects! I enjoy coloring and have been experimenting with new mediums. Right now my favorite is water coloring with zig markers.

  • Lisascreativeniche

Yes to coloring! I love using all media’s markers pencils and painting

  • Teresa Mikalouski

I would have to say Copics.

  • Carrie W

That’s a tough question! I love both! But coloring might win out! I find it relaxing and a wonder creative outlet. I love the alcohol markers, then I can add a rich color with shading. Love the new release!

  • Chris DuBois

I started with just stamping, now I also love to color with copic markers though I am not as good as I would like to be. The recipients of my cards are very kind in their commitments.

  • Kirsty Vittetoe

Very sweet. I like the pretty creations! I love coloring but I have to say I am not so good at larger images, things like flower petals or leaves are images I love.

  • Cindy Tendall

I love color and will take the extra time whenever possible to add this personal touch. It not only adds the extra pizazz to the card but makes me feel good just doing it. I love all of the TE colors and how they complement and blend together. My favorite time of day is always adding color and personality to cards. This extra touch shows the receiver how much love and caring you have for them by spending such time and effort on a greeting for them. My favorite addition of color is Zig markers with colored pencils with Gamsol a close second. Zig is chosen most times … when time is a factor.

  • Nancy Dempsey

I LOVE to color! Coloring flowers with colored pencils is my very favorite technique.
Great release. Can’t wait to get the Rosette Cutting Plate and Bloomers 8, Color Me background and the Big Butterfly. Your beautiful projects have gotten my head spinning with ideas of my own!

  • Denise Bryant

Wow! Awesome release post! I love the stencils, stamps and dies! Fabulous projects to show off the new items!
I love coloring! Right now my favorite medium to use would be my Zig markers. Love the colors, and also I can use them with a waterbrush for a softer look!

  • Phyllis A Freese

I enjoy coloring when I make the time to do it. I am most comfortable with colored pencils, but am trying to branch out with Copics and watercolor markers.

  • Charlotte Deerborn

I love to color and then use it in my scrapbooking or card making. I use gel pens to color. They can easily get into all the tiny areas that would be hard to color with markers.

  • Noreen

I still love to color – and have coloring books. I like colored pencils – not terribly expensive, don’t dry out, nice range of colors. I love your butterfly!

  • Susan Weida

Love to color! Right now it’s Gamsol and prismacolor pencils, followed by copics and watercolor. I love the butterfly and the background stamps!

  • Gilda

What a wonderful release today. I love to color and mostly use pencils. I am trying water coloring, really love the look.

  • Amy Wazwaz

Oh you have to color! Thst is the fun part as well. But s cool gift is to make
Some cards with images you can color and give the card set with colored pencils to the person as a gift.

  • Cheri Nugent

So many love to color, but i’m all for the ink. The copics are just not my cup of tea at all. If I color, it’s colored pencils, but much prefer ink!

  • Tammy Arndt

Gorgeous new release, I love that big butterfly set!! I love to color and always have, as an adult it’s so therapeutic! My favorite mediums are Copics, Prisma pencils and watercolor pencils and I love to watch tutorials on how to better my skills!

  • Connie Wine

Ive loved to color since I was a little girl. Markers, alcohol markers (yes!!), colored pencils—every medium is so worthy of learning and gaining expertise. Flowers & leaves are wonderful to color but so are cute people, houses, animals—you name it. I think it’s a matter of practice until you feel confident. Coloring can be very relaxing. I will have to say putting an image into an ink pad and pressing into paper is quite magical as well!!????

  • Terri Burson

I loooove coloring but og my gosh, that wreath set is dreamy!!!!

  • SueinMtVernon

Coloring is so therapeutic for me. But I also love all forms of creativity!

  • Gayle Bartholomew

I do like to color. I think it adds a more personal touch to my cards. I’m still learning, especially shading, but enjoy the process.

  • Terri (Blindstamper)

    Color, color, color!

  • Dee Earnshaw

awesome products – I love to color esp with copics – still need lots of practice though lol

  • Shirlee C.

I love to color? It’s a whole new world every time you create a new card! Your color me background stamp is so AWESOME. I can’t wait for this new release to be in my hands. It’s gonna be so fun.

  • Louise W.

I LOVE to color with my Copics! It’s so relaxing and creative. I’m also delving into the gamsol world since watching your demonstration. ???? My favorites to color are the big blooms and all the floral stamps. I made a set of big bloom notecards for my high school art teacher and gave them to her at Christmas. (She’s 88!) She loved them!

    • Louise W.

The ???? was a smiley face. Don’t know why they aren’t showing up on comments. Just wanted you to know I wasn’t questioning your gamsol abilities. Heehee!

  • Becca Yahrling

Oh my, I truly want everything shown today! Love it all.
Coloring is not for me – I’m like a 5 year old! lol And that’s
okay. I do my best, I have fun, and that’s what it’s all
    about for me anyway.

  • Gail Shurbutt

I love coloring! My skills are improving and I feel they give my projects an extra dose of “me”.

  • Isabel Z

I’m more of an inker because coloring tends to intimidate me but I am trying to work on that!

  • Janet

I just bought a set of Prismacolor pencils so I’ve been having fun coloring. I’ve been experimenting with the use of gamsol. These newest stamps are perfect for that and they’re beautiful!!
So excited about making a road trip with a friend to come to the April Release Party tomorrow!!

  • Amy Cooley

I absolutely love color! All the projects today are really drawing me in. The butterfly is especially beautiful. I like using alcohol markers. I’m not too good at blending and shading, but I’m working on it!

  • Sue D

Unfortunately due to arthritis coloring hurts my hands so I am better at inking.

  • LizD

I do color some with copies. But if in a hurry will die cut on colored cardstock and stamp it.

  • Christy Bray

I’m 50/50 on coloring and stamping – love em both. ????. When I do color I especially love critters and then flowers.
Thank you for the iconic quote sparrow! Love it!!!

  • Carol

Not the best at coloring, usually use die cuts and stamps. I do keep trying though. Found that it’s best if I emboss whatever I color, I can stay inside the lines at least. Beautiful release so far. LOVE the big blooms and the Zinnia is a great addition!

  • Anne Sturgeon

I do love to color, but, there are times when I enjoy just stamping. It really depends on the stamp and how it speaks to me. Today has such great stuff. I too am so ready for Spring. I’m in Michigan so what you have generally ends up here. Have a great day!

  • Iris Esther López

Wonderful new things! I love to color. I’m not the best at it but I enjoy it. It’s therapeutic. I have all class of mediums: Copic markers, Prismacolor pencil, watercolor, distress inks, etc. Just love it. You get a new look for a stamp just by changing colors.

  • Angie VC

Love all the products! I am into coloring lately…I love my Copics!

  • Jan Castle

I do like to color as well as use embossing, embossing paste, dies, etc. to create an elegant card – more on the clean line look!
    Your butterfly is GORGEOUS!!!!
    Paper Hugs,
    Jan

  • Conniecrafter

I do love to color, although I am not very good at it, for not having any kind of art classes I am happy enough with it and it is very calming to me. I do tend to go toward markers but I have just bought some new pencils and I am hoping that I can challenge myself to try them more often now that I have many colors.

  • Karen

I think with coloring there is so much versatility with each stamp – I can create a totally different look for each project. I enjoy using copics and prismacolor pencils. My favorite items to color are flowers. You’ve shown us so much crafty goodness over the past two days. I can hardly wait to see what you have for us tomorrow!

  • Brandi R

WOW! What a release!!! LOVE all the product shown today. My heart is fluttering ♥

Coloring….oh I LOVE to color. All mediums…even crayons. So, needless to say…I am head over heels for your new background stamp. I’m ready now to color it up ♥♥

  • Chari

I LOVE to color. I have loved to color since I was a little girl. I remember having my own box of Crayola crayons at my Granny’s house. I still have them actually, brought them home from there when she passed away. It says Chari’s Colors on the box. 🙂 Mostly I reach for my Copic markers to color but also enjoy colored pencils and ink blending where backgrounds are concerned. Ink blending over embossed background images is a favorite technique.

  • Helen

Oh my word – LOVE LOVE LOVE to colour. I’m not great at it yet, and I get so inspired by Noriko’s work, and all of the design team too.

  • Diana Wilson

I love the look of colored cards but I don’t feel I can color that well. Think I need classes and lots of practice. I “envy” those whose coloring is so awesome. ????

  • Julia D.

Oh my goodness! So much eye candy – I must have it all! I like to color although my style has changed somewhat over the years and I find I do less coloring these days than I used to. I like Copics, watercolors, and watercolor pens the most. I do sometimes get frustrated with coloring because my images never look as good as some of the “pros” I see online but I try to be patient with myself. Thank you for the chance to win!!

  • Sandie Obrin

I love to color, but I’m not willing to start purchasing the copic markers. I would rather use color with pattern paper and cardstock.

  • Susan Engblom

My daughter-in-law home schools my three granddaughters. At Xmas when we visited, I brought the 5×7 calendar set for the kids to color for their mother’s desk. I had already colored five months because I didn’t know if they would enjoy this project. They had a blast each doing two months, one of which was their birth month. My 40 plus son even colored a month. Wonderful family time and wonderful gift! She loved it, and the kids were so proud.

  • Amy Vitriani

So many fun new crafty items! I love the rolled flower dies! I do love to color but I also like just working with dies and stamped images as well.

  • Joy Schultz

I like to color but don’t always have time. Love the idea of the layered wreath.

  • Teresa Grau

Yeah! I can’t wait to get my hands on those Roll With It dies. You know I love my felt.

  • Von Marie

To color!!! I love to color 🙂 I love this new release already!!

  • Mary

Looks like I may be the odd woman out. I like to keep everything simple. And I like to color images that are simple. Example: I color the critter images, grumplings, calendar critters and flowers that are simple like the Rainbow Bouquet. I color these images with Prismacolor pencils and started using Gamsol once again due to your selling the Gamsol kit. I love your inks and use them as well. Smile BIG! 🙂

    Mary from NH

  • Linda Carson

What beautiful products! Each example looks fabulous with lots of color! You can’t have too much color! Love Copics!

  • Jessica Bavier

Gorgeous new products! I love coloring! My favorite medium is copics, but I love to watercolor, too. I love a good layered stamp set, too where you can make quick creations using just ink.

  • Jennifer

It’s a toss up.. I love coloring but if I don’t have time then stamping with color is the way to go!!

  • Colleen Hagge

I used to like water color pencils. But now that I am getting the hang of copic markers, I really enjoy coloring with them!

  • Tonya Cornett

I love them all but confetti cake looks delicious

  • Mary-Anne V.

Wow what an amazing day! i love the colouring stamps…i enjoy colouring especially on kraft with pencil crayons.

  • Evelyn

I love coloring. Ever since I was a child, I loved to color and in fact, I remember getting the color by numbers kit as a Christmas gift!

  • LINDA S

I love to colour! Specifically, watercolour and more specifically, painting with twinkling H2Os shimmery paints. I love to bring whimsical images to life; they make me smile and it’s just so relaxing. Painting takes away thoughts of living with chronic pain and it’s a process that I get involved in. Mind you, I’d probably be a faster card maker if i stamped solid images. 🙂

  • sharla~

Love the stencils and all the pretty flowers. I LOVE to color, copics are my medium of choice! 🙂

  • Martha

Always color! It is uplifting! My favorite medium would be copics. I love the rich color and being able to share and shadow. I have learned so much from Susan and you about color and techniques. Thank you for helping me get out of my comfort zone and explore the world of color!!
