Calendar Crafting 2019: The 5×7 Calendar
Hey there, crafty friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I read a statistic recently that those who decorate for Christmas early are happier so I decided to put up the tree this weekend! Don’t worry – if you don’t have your tree up yet, I won’t think of you as an unhappy person! Really, I decided to buy new ornaments this year (after 14 years of collecting snowman ornaments!) and I was just too excited to get the tree up and couldn’t wait another weekend!
In case you haven’t heard, we’re gearing up for our biggest sale of the year! If you’ve missed our emails, then here’s your notice! Start making your list and checking it twice – everything will be 30% off starting on Thursday at 11:59pm and running through Cyber Monday at 11:59pm.
In the meantime, we want to continue to inspire you with beautiful calendar projects featuring some of my favorite previously released collections! Kim Singdhalsen created this gorgeous calendar for one super lucky recipient (or maybe for herself!) featuring 12 Bible verses from our Be Still stamp set on the 5×7 calendar. Each month is printed on a separate sheet of 100 lb. white cardstock with blank space at the top for decorating. With the help of the Build a Scene – Calendar 5×7 die set you’ll have a frame perfectly sized to fit in the blank space!
Kim chose to use the Display Easel to display her calendar, but it also works great inside one of those desktop acrylic frames which are easy to find in the 5×7 size. Kim’s full supply list can be found at the bottom of this post, but first, here’s a close up look at each beautiful month!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! If I don’t pop back in here before Thanksgiving, I hope you all have a wonderful holiday! Wishing you and yours many blessings!
