I am so excited to share the new Fall Foliage Stamp & Stencil Combo set with you today. You can create a colorful background pattern of fall leaves for your projects using this set and I know you are going to love how easy it is to use! Watch the video below to see how I created the card design pictured above:
In the video, I share how to stamp the red rubber background that includes the leaf vein images and then use the 3 stencils to add the colorful leaves using my Blender Brushes. I add a die cut sentiment to my card using the new Handlettered Thanksgiving sentiment.
Here’s a closer look at the new autumn products that I used in the video:
Use the new Fall Foliage Stamp & Stencil Combo set to easily create a whole background of colorful fall leaves for your projects. Use the red rubber stamp for the leaf veins and use the stencils to add leaves in multiple shapes and colors. The images are easy to line up using the etched image guides on the stencils!
The new Handlettered Thanksgiving stamp set is a simple way to add a beautiful handwritten touch to your autumn and Thanksgiving themed projects. There are four sentiments in the set that you can cut out with the coordinating Handlettered Thanksgiving dies to set them off perfectly on your projects!
To set off the sentiment on my project, I also added a square that I ink blended in Toffee ink using the smaller square stencil in the Masking Squares – Squares set. It created the perfect landing spot for the sentiments that are stamped with the new Handlettered Thanksgiving stamp set and cut out with the coordinating dies. I cut a few additional die cuts and stacked them up to pop the sentiments up a bit on my cards.
For a finishing touch, I cut a out a few leaves that I had blended on Sugar Cube cardstock and added them around the sentiment, popped up with foam squares that I trimmed to fit. These cards are ready to send autumn greetings and spread a little joy!
Check out the list below for the supplies that I used for this project:
Here’s more inspiration from members of the TE Creative Team as well as a closer look at a few more of the new products that are available to purchase today for our autumn release!
Noriko Fairchild created a rainbow of leaves on the background her card created with the Fall Foliage Stamp & Stencil set. I love her bright combination of color blends – reds and oranges for one set of leaves, yellows and greens for another set, and blues and purples for the third set. Noriko’s sentiment combined the Thanks Script die (+ Thank Script Backer) and one of the typed sentiments from the new Tag Team – Thanksgiving stamp set that Noriko inked up in a rainbow blend to match the background!
You can’t go wrong with a traditional autumn color palette to use with the Fall Foliage Stamp & Stencil Combo set like Kevin Bray did here on the Thanksgiving card that he created. He added an elegant metallic gold touch to the edges of his card by swiping the cardstock in Versmark ink and then embossing it with gold embossing powder. The ‘Thanksgiving Blessings’ sentiment is from the new Handlettered Thanksgiving stamp set and cut out with the coordinating die.
Kavya created the colorful leaves and sentiment on her colorful fall card by do a no-line coloring technique. She stenciled and stamped in a light ink tone and then watercolored the images in a rainbow of colors. I love all of the amazing color blends that were the result – gorgeous and I am inspired to try out this look on a future project!
