More Cute Christmas Craftiness!
Hey, crafty friends! I promised you more cute Christmas inspiration this week and here it is! The TE Creative Team always hits the mark with fresh inspiration and I always love seeing what the designers come up with – it’s one of my favorite parts of being on the team. So let’s start scrolling to see all of the cuteness!
Noriko Fairchild created this cute Mini Slim Christmas card featuring the Merry Millie stamp set. She used the circle stencil from the Masking Stencils – Mini Slim Windows set to create the spaces to stamp Millie, Santa, and the ‘sending holiday cheer’ sentiment. I love the star background that is stenciled using the St. Nick Stars stencil. Noriko stenciled the design once using Cookie Monster ink, shifted the stencil over, and stenciled the design again using Lemon Meringue ink. To finish off her design, Noriko went all out with the Bits & Pieces – Silver Drip Drops to add plenty of shine!
Speaking of shine, check out the foiling on this cute Santa card created by Arjita Sepaha Singh! Arjita used the Mini Slim Cable Knit stencil with transfer gel and then adhered the red foil to the stenciled pattern once the transfer gel was dry. The ‘Noel’ sentiment on the card is embossed in gold using the Fill in the Blank – Christmas Cling & Clear Combo set and Arjita used the Santa from the St. Nick Background Cling & Clear Combo set for the ‘O’. A few Bits & Pieces – Gold Drip Drops add even more shine to this adorable card!
Nothing says cute more than a shaker card like Annette Allen created here! The shaker frame is created with the Stitched Square Stacklets dies and instead of acetate, Annette used vellum for a translucent look in the center of the frame. If you look closely, you can see that inside the shaker are the star shapes that are popped out of the Shining Star Cutting Plate die cut – so fun! Annette featured Millie and the reindeer from the Merry Millie stamp set and the sentiment is from the Winter Wishes stamp set and stamped onto a Sentiment Strip Duo die cut.
