Now it’s time for today’s inspiration! Here are several projects created with a few of our Stacklets die collections by members of the TE Creative Team:
Jill Hawkins used several Stacklets die collections to add texture and dimension to this bright and cheery rainbow card. The rainbows stamped with the Chasing Rainbows Cling & Clear Combo set are layered onto a few Stitched Circle Stacklets die cuts (I spy Jill’s signature stitching between the layers!) The circles are layered onto a Petite Scallop Square Stacklets die cut that has an impressed frame created with the Diagonal Stitch Square Stacklets die collection. The card is finished off with a sentiment strip embossed with ‘you are my sunshine’ from the Simple Strips – Friendship stamp.
Emily Mydlowski created a beautiful rainbow effect by stacking several die cuts that are cut out with the Arched Stacklets dies from several colors of cardstock: Lollipop, Fruit Punch, Guava, Pineapple, Cookie Monster, Confetti Cake, and Sugar Cube. The Sugar Cube layer is embossed with the Rainbow Waves Background stamp in white for a great textured look and I love that Emily added the rainbow to an Oreo card base – it really makes the colors pop! The sentiment is created with the Oh My Word – Hello stamp set (+ coordinating die) and a foiled sentiment from the Simple Strips in Reverse – Everyday Occasions panels.
Instead of stacking up the die cuts from the Star Stacklets die collection, Noriko Fairchild cut out several of the stars to create a fun background design for this birthday card. Behind the openings, Noriko layered a flat infinity shaker panel created with Confetti Cake cardstock, Bits & Pieces – Sparkly Stars, and a thin clear plastic material (Noriko used packaging from a stamp set!) It’s the perfect, festive background for the image stamped with the Chip & Charlie Party Stamp & Die Combo set and sentiments from the Mini Strips – Birthday stamp.
