Melody Rupple created this bright and cheery birthday card featuring the exclusive Cookie Monster embossing powder and On Occasion stamp set + die collection. First, Melody stamped the rainbow and clouds from the Big Rainbow stamp set, adding color with the coordinating fill stamps and sparkle with a bit of glitter.

The rainbow is set onto a background stenciled with the Here Comes the Sun stencil. Melody embossed the ‘happy birthday’ sentiment from the On Occasion stamp set with the Cookie Monster embossing powder and cut it out with the coordinating die. I love how Melody framed the image using one of the frames from the Frame In Frame 2 Cutting Plate die.
