Clink, Clink! Let’s Celebrate More Inspiration with the NEW Kit!

Hey, crafty friends! It’s Heather here with more inspiration to share using the new Celebrate You Cardmaking Kit. This kit is almost gone, so if you were thinking about picking one up your time is running out! Once the kit is sold out, it will not be restocked and most of the items will not be available to purchase later. Click below to shop now and then keep scrolling to enjoy all of the great shaker cards that were created by the TE Creative Team plus a video from Joy Baldwin!

Let’s get shaking with the video for today from Joy Baldwin! Joy is sharing two shaker cards created with the Celebrate You Cardmaking Kit that are simple to make, but easy to customize with a change of color! Watch how Joy created the cards in the video below:
In the video, Joy shows a closer look at the Celebrate You Kit contents. Both of the cards that Joy is sharing are shaker cards and she foiled 2 of the Foil It Acetate – Let’s Celebrate You panels with her Minc machine to use on them (you can also foil with a heat laminator.) One panel is foiled with multiple Deco Foil colors and one panel is foiled with Gold Shattered Glass Deco Foil. Both foiled pieces of acetate are framed with the largest frame from the Frame in Frame Cutting Plate die. Joy puts the shaker cards together by adding foam sticky strips behind the frames on the foiled panels, adding shaker filling, and adhering the panels to a card base. She finishes off both cards with the sentiment strips from the Mini Strips – Let’s Celebrate stamp that are cut out with the Mini Strips – Flags die.
Here’s closer look at both of the shaker cards that Joy created in the video:

I love the effect that Joy got by using strips of Deco Foil to foil each line of the ‘let’s celebrate you’ sentiment a different color and I love that it was so easy to do! Joy filled this shaker with confetti that she cut out using the Confetti Maker die with Sea Salt and Oreo cardstock. The bright, jewel tone colors paired with the neutral black and light gray is a stunning look that would work well to give to just about anyone to celebrate their special day!

This shaker card has a bit softer, feminine look to it with the Cupcake frame that is paired with the Gold Shattered Glass Deco Foil. The shaker filling in this card is the Shaker Dots included in the kit. The colorful dots look great behind the shimmery gold sentiment!

Here are a few more projects from the TE Creative Team created with the Celebrate You Cardmaking Kit:

This first card was created by me (Heather Nichols) and features a Foil It Acetate – Let’s Celebrate You panel that is foiled with the Gold Shattered Glass Deco Foil to create a shaker card. The shaker panel is framed with the largest frame from the Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 die collection and added to a confetti background, that is stenciled with the Create-in-Quads Birthday Layering Stencil set, with foam sticky strips. I filled the shaker with the Shaker Dots from the kit and added it to a Sugar Cube card base. On the front of the shaker, I added sentiment strips from the Mini Strips – Let’s Celebrate stamp that are embossed in white and cut out with the Mini Strips – Flags die. The finishing touch is a few stars scattered across the card that are from the Confetti Maker die.

Here’s a card from the foiling expert herself, Noriko Fairchild! The Foil It Acetate – Let’s Celebrate You panel is foiled with Silver Stars Deco Foil and added behind a frame cut out with the Frame in Frame 2 Cutting Plate die. Noriko added the frame over a sun burst background that she stenciled with the Here Comes the Sun stencil. The shaker is filled with a mix of Snow Flurries sequins and the Shaker Dots from the kit. I think you’ll agree that the whole effect is quite magical!

Melody Rupple embossed the Let’s Celebrate stamp in white over a pretty rainbow color blend on this shaker card that she created with the Celebrate You Kit. The shaker is framed with a Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 die cut frame and filled with a mix of Snow Flurries Sequins and Bits & Pieces – Confetti Dots. A few sentiment strips stamped with the Mini Strips – Let’s Celebrate stamp and cut out with the Mini Strips – Flags die complete the look.

I love the look of TE’s exclusive Rainbow Bright Deco Foil on this shaker card by Emily Mydlowski! Emily foiled the Foil It Acetate – Let’s Celebrate You panel with the rainbow foil and added it behind a frame from the Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 die collection that is cut out from light blue glitter cardstock. The background of the card is impressed with the Rays Pierce & Cut Plate and the shaker is filled with a mix of Sugar Cube Cardstock confetti cut out with the Confetti Maker die and Bits & Pieces – Sparkly Stars.

Stripes, sparkle, and confetti are all together on this colorful shaker card by Jill Hawkins! Jill created a striped background with the Easy Strips – 1/2″ die using a rainbow of colors and cutting the frame out with a Petite Scallop Rectangle Stacklets die. Jill layered a Foil It Acetate – Let’s Celebrate You panel over the top that she foiled with Silver Stars Deco Foil. The background panel is enclosed in an A2 Infinity Shaker Panel that Jill filled with the Shaker Dots from the kit.

This shaker card by Kavya has all the rainbow colors! Kavya foiled a Foil It Acetate – Let’s Celebrate You panel with Gold Shattered Glass Deco Foil and added it behind a frame from the Frame in Frame 2 Cutting Plate die. The streamer background behind the frame was stenciled with the Create-in-Quads Birthday Layering Stencil set and Kavya filled the shaker with confetti that she cut out with the Confetti Maker die from a rainbow of cardstock colors. The card base features a rainbow stripe border that is created with the Easy Strips – 1/4″ die.
