Hey, crafty friends! It’s Heather here with more inspiration to share from our Wedding release that debuted on Tuesday! I have a collection of cards from the TE Creative Team to share that will surely inspire your wedding card crafting. One of my favorite new products from this release is the How Does Your Garden Grow die collection. These sweet little flowers are just perfect for adding an elegant floral touch to wedding themed cards, especially with the new Bits & Pieces – Pearl Drip Drops for the flower centers. Plus, I can see using these cute little flowers on projects for all sorts of occasions! Did you have a favorite product from this week’s release?

Noriko Fairchild created this lovely wedding card with the Foil It – Mr. & Mrs. panels and Mr. & Mrs. Pierce & Cut Plate. The Foil It panel is foiled with Gold Deco Foil, impressed with the Pierce & Cut Plate, and then Noriko added pops of color with the How Does Your Garden Grow die collection. Pearls are added for the flower centers and Noriko also added a few pearl clusters around the card design. The colorful card base that coordinates with colors that are used for the flowers really pulls the whole look together!
I created this pair of wedding cards (Heather Nichols) with a neutral, but elegant look – I had to sneak Toffee in there somewhere! I used the Happily Ever After dies in a different way on each card. For the card on the left, I cut just the patterned design out from a piece of Sugar Cube cardstock and backed the panel with a piece of Buttercream cardstock. For the card on the right, I cut the patterned design out from Sugar Cube cardstock, cut out the dress with the solid dress die, and backed the dress with another solid dress cut out from Sugar Cube Cardstock. Both cards features sentiments from the new Mini Strips – Wedding stamp and flowers embellishing the dresses created with the How Does Your Garden Grow dies and Bits & Pieces – Pearl Drip Drops.
I love the soft look of this wedding card created by Jen Shults. Jen stamped the sentiment with the Mr. & Mrs. stamp in Rose Water and Avocado inks and then impressed the cardstock with the Mr. & Mrs. Pierce & Cut Plate. The flower clusters set on either side of the ‘and’ word are cut out with the How Does Your Garden Grow dies and Jen added leaves cut out with the Little Bits – Mixed Blooms dies. Swap out the Rose Water color to easily customize this card design to match wedding colors for the happy couple!
This stunning Mini Slim wedding card by Kavya features the wedding dress cut out with the Happily Ever After dies. The patterned dress is cut out from Sugar Cube cardstock and Kavya backed that with a solid dress cut out from white glitter cardstock. The background of the card is Peaches ‘n’ Cream cardstock with blending around the edges to add extra dimension. Flowers from the Unexpected Blessings stamp set frame the background. The ‘congrats’ sentiment from the All the Way – Congrats stamp set is embossed in white on Peaches ‘n’ Cream cardstock and cut out with the coordinating die.
This card by Melody Rupple is perfect for “something blue” for a wedding! Melody foiled a Foil It – Mr. & Mrs. panel with Blue Deco Foil and impressed it with the Mr. & Mrs. Pierce & Cut Plate. Blueberry cardstock was the perfect match for the card base and the card is finished off with tiny flowers cut out with the How Does Your Garden Grow dies and Bits & Pieces – Pearl Drip Drops.
Jill Hawkins created a lovely wedding congrats card with the Happily Ever After die collection and Happily Ever After stencil. She cut out the solid dress from Sugar Cube cardstock and added the pattern to the dress using the stencil with Macaron, Dried Fig, and Eggplant inks. The ‘congrats’ sentiment from the All the Way – Congrats stamp set is embossed in silver and Jill added Bits & Pieces – Silver Drip Drops around the dress for a finishing touch.
