I thought I’d send you all a little sunshine this morning! These froggies just make me smile… how ’bout you? The Lily Pad wheel was something I just *had* to have on my first new catalog order this year and I’m ashamed to say this is the first I’ve used it. But I know I’m not alone… all of us obsessed (in a good way) stampers buy things from time to time that just sit on the shelf, unmounted, or in the original packaging for quite some time. But of course all of these items were *must haves* when the new stuff was released. KWIM?

Now to the card details… the colors are Pixie Pink, Cool Caribbean, Green Galore, and Tempting Turqoise (on the bottom inside of the card). The background is stamped with Cheesecloth. I watercolored the Lily Pad wheel and the froggies with my watercolor crayons and an aquapainter…. with the exception of Cool Caribbean which I watercolored with reinker since it doesn’t have a crayon. I don’t know what I’m going to do when Cool Caribbean goes away… I *love* it!! I guess I’ll just have to enjoy it as much as possible while it’s around! 🙂 The frogs are up on dimensionals and the lily pad flowers have stardust Stickles on them. Then just added a few finishing touches… wavy scissors at the bottom, stitched pink ribbon, Amuse sentiment, and of course googly eyes! These frogs just cannot go without googly eyes! 🙂
