Creepy, Scary, Spooky
Yet another Booglie Eyes card… I’m so glad I bought this set! My craft show is after Halloween so I won’t be able to sell these at my show, but I just can’t stop making ’em. I’m gonna have lots of RAK’s to send out at the end of October! 🙂 I promised myself that I would not buy the square scallop punch because I have the scallop scissors and how hard could it be to just cut around a square with the scissors?? As you can see… I broke down and bought the square punch. *rolleyes* I have an addiction. I cased the layout from a card by seewah. I absolutely love Sarah’s stuff! Check out her adorable card here. I punched out the scalloped square and then cut squares to fit inside and rounded the corners. I stamped my favorite booglie characters, colored them with Prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol and a stump. I pierced around the squares and mounted them on dimensionals. Then I added the sentiment with orange brads for the o’s. The creepy, scary, spooky sentiments are done with my Karen Foster snap stamps. Added some ribbon and stitching around the orange mat as the finishing touches. Oh… and can’t forget the stardust Stickles. They are highlighting my booglie friends. Thanks for looking!
P.S. I had told you yesterday that I was going to have my hubby take some pics of me in my new outfit I got over the weekend. However, as I walked outside this morning I decided that it would look kinda looney having my husband take pics of me. My neighbors already think I’m looney when I photograph my cards outside in the morning before I go to work. So… I decided against the pics. LOL! Plus… who wants to see pics of me… you just want to see my cards! 🙂
