This is really cool Taylor—I have been meaning to ask you how you take such *awesome* pictures of your cards. YES! The cards are awesome and that makes a huge difference too! lol Do you use a light box of some sort? Thanks for any and all tips ;o)
    TFS~

Take it from someone whose had to turn off their creativity because of circumstances, Sometimes I feel like a prisoner inside myself. Creativity is a curse if you can’t express it. You should feel blessed and appreciate the gift you have and the opportunity to use it.

So cute – great idea to use microbeads!!!

  • Laura

I think it’s awesome that you have so many ideas and such wonderful creativity. I wouldn’t want that “turned off” for anything. Your penguin cards are beautiful, as usual. I love visiting your blog.

Well, of course, your cards are always adorable…however, speaking of the quality of the picture: how do you and other bloggers (and a few on Splitcoast) manage to take such stunning photographs?? Do you shine a light directly on the card?…is it the type of background?…or am I having a hard time admitting the lack in my photography skills? (sigh of exasperation!) I have a great camera..a digital SLR that is certainly capable of good shots..maybe a macro lens would help; I just can’t figure it out!!

Careful what you wish for…. You’ve been blessed, stamp a notebook and make a fancy pen and keep a flashlight ready at all times! 😉 LOL…. Oh, then photo them for us all view on your blog (notebook/pen)! LOVE your blog Taylor!

wish you could send some of those ideas my way . . .

  • Emily

I love these cards! I can attest to how cute they are IRL. That photo just doesn’t show how darling this is with the microbead ice for the penguins! ADORABLE, I tell you!!

P.S. Do not shut off your idea maker, who knows what it would take to get it started again. ;o)

  • Vicki

  • Sally

Taylor – it always takes me awhile to start the ideas flowing, but once they do, I don’t want to stop creating (because it’s sometimes a rare thing to get it goin!).
This card is so cool with the microbeads as ice! The colors give it the shivery look – it should be a big seller for you! Will you sell this seperately or in sets?
