Another ATC…
I signed up for two swap groups and this is the other ATC for that swap. I wanted to use the new designer paper from the Spring Mini and I’m still lovin’ Big Pieces. It is one of those impulse buys that I don’t regret! Have I let you guys in on my little secret?? I’m an impulse buyer. *chuckle* The colors are Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise, and Cool Caribbean. I pierced the stems and leaves by hand and stitched them with white gel pen. The sentiment is from the Paper Tray set. Since posting my So Sweet ATC, I’ve had several questions… what is an ATC… how do you make them… what do you do with them? ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. Think of it as a card front on a much smaller scale. It’s 2 1/2″ by 3 1/2″. I explained before that I use my ATC’s as design inspiration. When I’m feeling in rut I pick up my ATC book and flip through the pages for color and layout inspiration. Jen del Muro has come up with a great tutorial on how to cut your paper so you get the max number of ATC’s out of one sheet (view here).
