A Cupcake Challenge
Happy Friday and Happy Cupcake Day! Did you know that Eclectic Paperie is celebrating its 1st birthday!? Joy & Daisy are good friends of mine and I appreciate their *enabling* by offering the best of the best in 2007! Stampendous is helping eP celebrate by offering a brand new exclusive stamp set called Hey There Cupcake! Have you seen it!? It’s soooo cute! I wanted to get in on the celebration too so I’m hosting a cupcake challenge! Here are the deets: –Create a card or project that incorporates cupcakes! Do you have patterned paper with cupcakes on it? Cupcake charms? Cupcake stamp images? Cupcake diecuts? Then this is the time to use them! If you don’t have anything cupcake, you can still play the challenge! Just use any “sweet” image instead (truffles, ice cream sundae, birthday cake, etc.).
–Upload your creations to the eP gallery by 4 pm Pacific Time on Sunday. Make sure you use keyword EPCC2008 when you upload! Joy & Daisy will draw one name at random from all the entries to receive a Stampendous clear pail filled with goodies… think stamps, dot sparklers, embossing powder, Class A’Peels, glitter! You are welcome to upload as many cards as you’d like for the challenge! You can ask questions or chat with me HERE on the challenge thread in the eP forum. I hope you’ll find some time to play this weekend!
These are the two cards I made using the new Hey There Cupcake set. The patterned paper is SEI Winnie’s Walls. I used Stampin’ Up Ruby Red, Groovy Guava, River Rock, and Certainly Celery ink. The ribbon is May Arts from Star Lit Studio. Each of the cupcakes is highlighted with Sakura Stardust gelly roll pen for a little sparkle. Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
