You’re a Hoot
Good morning! I saw Kim Hughes’ Pretty Birds stamp set when it was first released several months ago and I just *had* to have it! The owl is the most adorable owl ever, not to mention the cute birdies and branches and sentiments! So I quickly added it to my cart at Cornish Heritage Farms and it arrived on my doorstep just as quickly. I ripped open the package, cut out the stamps, arranged them all neatly in a CD case, and promptly forgot to use them. Would you believe that I didn’t ink the stamps until last night!? *gasp* This adorable owl has been patiently waiting for me for months! I paired the owl image with squares punched from the Crate Paper Cowgirl Collection. The cardstock colors are Prism Suede Brown Dark and Suede Brown Medium. The red color is the reverse side of one of the patterned papers. I stamped the owl in Palette Noir and colored it with Copic Markers. The background is stamped with Stampin’ Up Paisley.
