Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge #28

Happy Friday… Happy Cupcake Day… and Happy 08-08-08! 🙂 It’s Christmas in August as both myself and the Featured Cupcake Stampler were in the mood for a Christmas creation using this sketch. I pulled out the brand new Eclectic Paperie exclusive stamp set called Merry Muffins for my sample. So many possibilities with all of my favorite Stampendous characters. The Merry Muffins set goes on sale today, so check it out here! I colored the image with Copic markers and added white liquid applique to the frosting. I decided to match up the cutesy image with some cutesy Christmas patterned paper by Heidi Grace. I used Papertrey Ink’s Polka Dot Basics for the background and ribbon from Taylored Expressions for the strips across the bottom of my image panel. The finished card fits in a standard size 10 envelope. Now let me introduce you to the Featured Cupcake Sampler this week.
