Guest Blogger: Teri Anderson Day 2
Last week, we had the pleasure of introducing our first Guest Blogger of 2014, Teri Anderson! If you missed her adorable projects, be sure to visit this post to check them out!

Teri took time away from her work as a Go-to Gal and contributing editor for Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking magazine and hostess for Moxie Fab World to create with her favorite TE products and we have three more fun cards to share with you today. Today, Teri shares a simple and fun tip on how to use water-based markers to make your projects pop!
Teri’s Notes: I cut a bunch of different tags here and then just randomly arranged them onto the card. To make the sentiments stand out, I did a little shading by using an orange pencil to add some color to the open parts of the letters.
Supplies: Big Bold Thanks stamp set (Taylored Expressions); Tag Stacklets 2 dies (Taylored Expressions); Other: inks, patterned paper, jute, color pencils, cardstock, twine, paper clip
Teri’s Notes: I was going for an artsy look here. I simply scribbled some color onto the tag with water-based markers. Then I dropped some drops of water on top. I shook the water off the tag, resulting in the colored drips you see on the tag. I think it looks pretty cool! After things were all dry, I stamped the bike and words right on top with good old black ink.
Supplies: Bikes & Trikes (Taylored Expressions); Tag Stacklets 2 dies (Taylored Expressions); Other: inks, patterned paper, epoxy dots, water-based markers, water, cardstock
Teri’s Notes: I used the same “markers + water” technique on this card that I used on the other bike card. I got a little more daring here, trying some different colors out. The thing I love about this technique is that it is ridiculously easy but you get a different look every time you do it. You just have to change the colors out!
