Guest Designer: Melyssa Connolly Day 7
TGIF! Next week is our big Sixth Birthday Bash and our talented design teams are crafting up a storm! We are so happy to have our equally talented Guest Designer, Melyssa Connolly, joining us today with a very apropos card in preparation for next week’s inspiration extravaganza!
Melyssa used our Moka Wanda petite stamp set on this simple, yet darling card and we just love it! Interestingly, Michelle couldn’t decide at first how to position her mats on this multi-layered card. She shared a fun, helpful tip for whenever you find yourself in this situation.
Melyssa’s Design Tip: When I’m not really sure what I want to do with my
mats, I use re-positional glue to put everything together until I’m happy with
the results. Then, I go back and permanently glue everything down. This is also
great for times when you aren’t sure if you want to use ribbon/twine and other
materials that you would wrap around a mat.
