Good morning, crafty friends! It’s the last day of sneak peeks for our holiday release before all of the products are available for purchase at 7am PST at the TE web store. I hope you’ve seen something you’d like to use for your Christmas cards this year (or lots of things!). I’m not a fan of mass-producing so I like to make lots of different cards! And if you haven’t seen something that piques your interest, the Baker’s Dozen and I are here to inspire for another day!
Before I get to my projects, I’d like to share what’s up for grabs when you leave a comment on today’s blog post!
Today we’re giving away the Seasonal Trees die!
Enter to win by leaving a comment on this blog post before Wednesday, October 1st at 11:59pm PST. One entry per person. Each comment will also be automatically entered into our Grand Prize drawing for a $50 Gift Certificate to the TE Store! Winners will be chosen at random and announced on Thursday, October 2nd, 2014.

So there you have it! The last of the products from our October holiday release! It has been so much fun sharing over the past few days and I’m excited to show you some more!
For my first project I used the Seasonal Trees die. I love this die and I wanted to capture the stark contrast of the branches on the patterned paper so I die cut the trees from Sugar Cube card stock. I added glittered snowy hills behind the die cut and teal/blue patterned paper behind the trees.
I layered the die cut onto Cherry Pop card stock for some contrast with the card base. Then I finished it off by embellishing the trees with multiple colored pearls and a sentiment from the Share the Light set die cut with Banner Stacklets 3.
For my other project today I used the previously released Sack It To You die along with the new Sack It – Gingerbread set to create this little gift sack. I used lots of TE cardstock and Doodlebug Sprinkles. The only thing I wish I had was some chunky glitter for the tops of the gumdrops!
I added Little Bits – Gingerbread Man off to the side because I thought he fit in perfectly with the little house! As I was creating this I wanted to get out all my graham crackers and frosting and make a real gingerbread house from my childhood. Then I remembered that die cutting is much easier and less messy!
Thanks so much for stopping by on our last day of sneak peeks! What was your favorite thing you saw this week? I know… it’s hard to pick a favorite so if you can’t narrow it down to just one thing, try picking two or three! I love to hear what you love!
The talented Baker’s Dozen design team has more awesome inspiration for you today so make sure you check it out!
