Today I Learned: How to Use DIY Stencils & Embossing Paste with Taylor VanBruggen
Happy Thursday! It’s time for another installment of “Today I Learned…” and this time Taylor has created a video tutorial for the TE Newsletter on how to use Embossing Paste alongside our Cutting Plates for some truly unique projects!
Not sure about Embossing Paste? Not to worry! Taylor will walk you through the process from start to finish. Taylor created two cards featuring two different types of stenciling and applied two different techniques for adding color. Here’s a note from Taylor:
I have always been intrigued by tools like Embossing Paste, but was not thrilled about what I thought could be a messy clean-up process. I wondered if I could use it with our Cutting Plates to create a single-use stencil that would make clean-up a breeze. I was so happy that it worked! Embossing Paste can be a lot of fun and I hope you will try it.
Would you like to know how Taylor created these thank you cards? Well, you are in luck because her tutorial is in this week’s TE Newsletter! Check it out here:
