Wishing Taylor a Very Happy Birthday!
Hello friends of Taylor and TE! Since Taylor isn’t one who would publicly announce her birthday, I’ve taken it upon myself to do it.
Typically you would see a wonderful project on the TE blog today, but with it being Taylor’s birthday I thought it would be a good time to step back and celebrate the person who started it all. This post isn’t a gimmick to drive sales or increase the number of followers on social media. Rather, it’s a simple reminder that the person after whom Taylored Expressions is named is an incredibly genuine, compassionate, generous, and humble person, and that today is a good time to pause and share our gratitude with her.
Taylor’s creativity is fueled by a mission to bring joy to people and to encourage people to share joy with others. As her husband, friend, and teammate in business, I have the tremendous privilege of seeing her creative mission lived out on a daily basis. For this I’m grateful and want to do all that I can to see her gift of creativity flourish in as many ways as possible.
Perhaps you have been touched in some way by Taylor’s creativity, either directly or indirectly. If so, I invite you to take a minute and tell Taylor about it. Maybe you’ve thoroughly enjoyed using a particular TE item or met Taylor at a class. Or perhaps you saw a project created by Taylor or one of the TE designers and were inspired to create a special project for someone in your life. Whatever it was, I encourage you to share that experience with Taylor by leaving a comment on this post. Your comments will mean a lot to her and they will inspire her to continue on in her life-giving, joy-sharing mission.
