Taylored Expressions December 2015 Release

It’s Release Day at Taylored Expressions! I hope you’ve enjoyed our sneak peeks this week as much as we’ve enjoyed sharing them! There are many ways to say ‘I Love You,’ but nothing says it quite so well as a handmade card. To help you share your love, our December Release is filled with new products to create everything from perfect valentines to little notes to slip into a jacket pocket or lunchbox.

All of the new products are now available for purchase in the New Products Department at the TE web store, but before you head over to the shop or scroll down for more inspiration, I have some lucky winners to announce from our daily giveaways!

What an adorable card by Amy! I love the pumpkins! Beautiful embossing too! I will be home on Halloween waiting to see if we get any trick-or-treaters! We don't get many since we live out in the country! We didn't get any last year but it was our first year here so maybe we will get a few this year! Thank you for the awesome giveaway!

Will be going to Celebrate at Beckett's School and then we'll go Trick Or Treating with the WHOLE Family (about 25 of us)!! I CAN'T WAIT as we are going as a Zombie Football Cheerleader Family!! so cute! For Halloween My hubby and I will be home passing out candy. We decorate our yard and have life size automated zombie that moan and crawl, the kids in the neighborhood love them. Unfortunately my boys are now too old to trick or treat. I will miss it.

The kids are married and gone. Have no grandkids. Live in a neighborhood with no trick or treaters. So we are going to a friend's house for food and card games and to hand out candy to all the little kids who come to that house.

I don't have any little kids who trick or treat anymore, and we don't even get any on our block (probably because we live at the top of a steep hill!). So no decorating or costumes here. However, I have two grand-daughters who love to dress up for Halloween so we usually go to their house. This year I'll be helping out with a party in the daytime, and then helping pass out candy in the evening. It's always fun to see all the kids and their excitement over Halloween!

Halloween Day is a special one for our family because my youngest daughter was born on that day! Yes, she's a bootiful Halloween baby! We will have a fun birthday party on Halloween, and then go trick or treating in the neighborhood. I have to admit that I was hoping she would hold out one more day, but this little goblin decided to make her entrance on Oct. 31 and we love her to bits!

This Halloween we will be quietly waiting for Trick or Treaters to come knocking at the door, heading off to buy some individually wrapped treats this afternoon, already have some masks on hand, not sure if we will be sharing some BOO times with them!!!

Halloween is my favorite holiday, but we don't get many trick or treaters in our out-of-the-way neighborhood. I head to my daughters every year so I can see my grand boys costumes and I pass out candy at her house while they collect candy.

Fabulous Halloween card!
For Halloween this year, I plan to head to our downtown trick or treating where the local kids get to go to the storefronts in their costumes! Always fun to see the little ones dressed up! They have it early in the day when the bigger kids are in school.

I especially love the burlap embossing folder that was used for this card…. about time we can get one of those! Love the 'look' of burlap but would rather use paper than the real thing… thanks for the great Halloween idea and card! 🙂

Usually I make a big dinner of chili, etc, and the first pumpkin pie of the season. We would sit outside in the driveway with the fire pit and hand out candy. Both of my kids are going to be off doing other things this year – since it's a Saturday – so I don't think I'll be doing anything. I'm making some treat bags to give the neighbor's grandkids and then I'll just sit in the family room and read.
Love the way the pumpkins are highlighted in the circle.

This Halloween I will be enjoying the night opening the door to all the children. I really love seeing the children and their outfits. I make special containers each year for all the kids. This year I made coffins filled with candy, boxes filled with candy and little toys, and lollypop flowers. It was a lot of work but I started making the things back in July to be ready for Halloween.

Cute Card!
For Halloween 2 daughters, granddaughter, grandson and myself will be going on a road trip to visit my oldest daughter and kids. We'll ALL be dressing like Zombie Fans (Go Hawks) to trick or treat in and then we'll hit the Haunted House, Yikes! Fun time will be had by all 🙂

I love this card! I really love the added gold glitter accents, it really adds some pop to this card. This halloween I will be going with my little 6 year old (who will be roadblock from GI Joe) trick or treating around the neighbourhood! He's so excited!

Such a cute card–the pumpkins are adorable, and I like all the details and the embossing! At work we're having a costume contest the day before Halloween. I always make chili and rice on Halloween day and hand out candy to the trick or treaters.

Very cute card! I won't be doing anything for Halloween. We celebrate Halloween early with an annual camping trip. All of the campers decorate their sites, people dress up, and the kids get to trick-or-treat. It's usually a couple of weeks before Halloween.

On Halloween Day, I'll be wrapping boxes of candy (theatre size) for our little trick or treaters. I don't usually get a whole lot, mostly just the neighborhood kids, so I treat them to something special, a hand stamped and decorated box of candy! Happy Haunting!

I will be working the 3 to Midnight shift on Halloween, BUT our store always has candy to give away from every department to all the kids that come in, so at least I'll get to see some cuteness.
