Guest Blogger: Vera Yates Day 2 + a Giveaway!
TGIF, crafty friends! Last week, we introduced you to this month’s Guest Blogger, the very talented Vera Wiriana Yates. If you missed her darling card project, you can catch it HERE. Here is the adorable card Vera created for her second project with us…
In my opinion, you can never have too many birthday sets. While browsing the TE shop, I just loved the cuteness of Party Pals set. And I wanted to use it create a fun, festive CAS card. I decided to do some repeat stamping to create a background and highlight just one party pal.
Step 1: Stamp party hat pal in rows across trimmed white cardstock.
Step 2: Color each party hat pal in alternating yellow and blue, coloring only one orange. Highlight with shimmer pen.
Step 3: Stamp sentiment, trim, and pop up with foam tape.
Step 4: Adhere to light blue cardbase.
Step 5: Finish with sequins.
In person, this card really does shimmer so prettily! Simple, cute & festive, don’t you agree?
