    Never Too Early

Hello to you, crafty friends! As we mentioned yesterday, we can’t wait for the holiday season to begin. It’s never too early to start getting crafty and preparing for all your holiday happenings. So, when we saw these darling shaker gift tags from Creative Team member Gayatri Murali, we just had to share to get you in the creative mood!

Gayatri used Tag Stacklet 3 and Stitched Circle Stacklets to create shaker frames and backings for the shaker tags. She used the second largest Tag Stacklet 3 and fourth stitched circle die from Stitched Circle Stacklets placed in the middle to die cut four white tag frames. She adhered circle acetate sheets behind the frames.
For the backgrounds, Gayatri die-cut four stitched white circles from the third stitched circle die and sponged TE Premium Matched inks on. On two of the circles, she sponged Lemon Meringue and Cookie Monster. The other two are sponged with Plum Punch and Cookie Monster. She stamped two of them with the Birch Tree Background stamp using Sugar Cube ink and the other two with Earl Grey dye ink.

The focal point images are from the Santa’s Helper stamp set, which were stamped using Oreo ink, Copic colored and die-cut using the coordinating dies. Gayatri adhered them on the base circle with foam adhesives. She put the shaker tags together with Snow Flurries Sequins and the other two with Build a Scene Sequins. She gold heat embossed the sentiment from the same stamp set on Cherry Pop cardstock. Gayatri hand cut them out and adhered on the shaker tags. Finally she added couple of bells for each tag and tie the gold twine into a bow.
