Sneak Peeks Day 2: There’s No Place Like Home
Hey there, crafty friends! Are you ready for another day of sneak peeks!? We’re continuing with our home theme today as we add to our collections of Little Bits and Door to Door products. I’ve always wanted to be able to “open” the door and one of the new dies we’re showcasing today creates a hinge to make this interactive option quick and easy! And what would a Taylored Expressions release be without a new set of Grumplings? Can’t wait to share the latest grumpy guys with you!

This set was designed with several sentiment options for welcoming a new neighbor to the hood or congratulating a friend or family member on their new home. There’s just nothing more exciting than a new home (after you get over all the hassle of packing and moving)! We’re also adding two new Little Bits designed to work perfectly with these sentiments:

As you can see, both the Little Bits – House and the Little Bits – Cottage can replace the ‘O’ in home for a sweet little scene. The Little Bits – Cottage is also our March Release exclusive product which means the TE webstore is the only online store where you’ll find this item. You may also pick it up at your local store who carries Taylored Expressions products.
Here’s one more card by Keia using There’s No Place Like Home. I just love how she used the border stamp on this one with the heart behind the Little Bits – House!
Continuing around the house, we have another fabulous door to add to our Door to Door collection. As I mentioned above, this set includes a hinge that will work to help the door open. Note: the hinge also works with our previously released Door to Door set as well as the new door in Door to Door 2. Just fold the hinge in half and adhere one side to the door and hide the other side in a number of ways (behind our Door to Door – Molding is one option!). And now since you’ll have a door that opens, you’ll probably want some sentiments sized to fit behind the door. So we also have Door to Door Sentiments!

The new Subway Tiles embossing folder works great on projects with Door to Door 2, but you can see another use for it on Jean’s adorable home project below. In all of my home decor dreams, I have a subway tile backsplash in my kitchen, so this card that Jean designed speaks right to my heart:
And last, but certainly not least, we have Grouchy Grumplings 2! These little critters may be snarky, but they’re oh so lovable!
There’s lots of different scenes where you could incorporate these grumplings. Check out just a few ideas below:
