Once I found papercrafting I gave up on most of my other hobbies. I loved counted cross stitch and have made beautiful stockings for my family. In the next few years I expect some new family members might be arriving and I will get back to cross stitching stockings for them.

  • Barbara Tennigkeit

Before paper crafting I did amazing counted cross stitching. I stopped when I could not longer see the holes.

  • Lynn Gauthier

Gosh…I can’t keep up with all you have in this new release. AMAZING!
    Definitely crocheting!

  • Carol Scheevel

My mom was an occupational therapist, (and passed away earlier this year, so this will be my first Mother’s Day without her – not sure I’m going to make it!) … so our home and life was filled with crafts all the time. I have so many favorites, but if I had to choose just one, it would be sewing. She taught my 3 sisters and I to sew at a young age, and even now as I sit at her old sewing machine, it takes me back to such a sweet place with her. Also I have to add, that when she passed away and we were cleaning out her house, I brought home with me a giant shoebox of all the handmade cards I had ever made for her – wow that was bittersweet!

  • Monika/buzsy

Fantastic new products! I love the butterflies! So pretty and elegant… fun and whimsy at the same time! Love the new little bits! So CRAFTY! I like making stitched felt items.

  • Kathy J in Ellicott City

I have been through many crafts over the years. I love the make cards, I also scrapbook, sew, quilt, and paint. Probably my favorite after anything paper-crafting is quilting.

  • Jean Boyko

Your projects are so inspiring. Love to the design team. Thanks for helping us develop our own ideas.

  • LizD

I love to cross stitch if I’m not making cards. It’s a little harder on my eyes than it used to be but I just can’t wait to see how it’s going to turn out with all those tiny stitches.

  • Kirsty Vittetoe

What a fun release! I have a lot of other hobby, but sewing should be next up after paper crafting!

  • Chris L

After papercrafting, my favorite craft would be crocheting! Love to do that while watching TV!

I just love the butterflies set and the MOM block party die–the card with both is fabulous!

  • Marlene Hite

My other craft choice would be glass etching. Just getting into it so it’s only been a few months but so far it’s fun.

  • Carolina Buchting

    I can’t wait to see the rest of the release…these are just adorable!!! I’m slowly making my way back to creating again and I’m looking forward to picking up your inks, felt and some other fun items this month. As for other crafting interest – cermics, upcycling, and DIY. But besides papercrafting, baking and photography are still on top of my list. {{{Hugs}}}

  • Margery C

I do enjoy calligraphy in addition to paper crafting.

  • Claudia

I love to cross-stitch. I always carry a project with me, and probably have a lifetime supply of kits waiting. I especially love the little Mill Hill sets. If I can find the time, I’d love to take up picture quilting. I just love how beautiful they can look.

  • Marlene McLane

Sorry! I am not trying to enter twice. Just forgot to say my other hobby is Bible journaling.

  • Rebecca Ednie

I LOVE making jewelry. I string beads and do wire working and soldering.

My second love for crafting is Quilting. I love being able to put different designs together it’s almost like making cards. The freedom and creating your own layout. I love your new release. It’s wonderful as usual. Hugs.

  • Wahnita Hammond

I’m so excited…..I just purchased the Mama & Me stamp set and you are releasing the matching die set!!!!!!! There are so many exciting new treats in this realease! As for your question……my favorite craft of choice besides papercrafting would be Stained Glass. As a young child, I was always mystified by the beautiful colors as the light shined through the colored glass panes. As an adult, I love creating & sharing the magnifecent beauty with others.

  • Sharon D.

The butterflies are lovely & all those cute little bits! I also enjoy counted cross stitch & crocheting.

  • Marlene McLane

I can’t wait to add so many of this month’s items to my stash! The ideas swirling in my head are getting in the way of my getting my taxes done!

  • Beverly Perdue

Love the butterflies and the cute cards. I don’t do other crafts besides paper crafting, but I enjoy painting.

  • Stacy T

A Life She Loved is so speaking to my heart right now, I love it. Besides paper crafting, I enjoy quilting, especially making table runners (instant gratification).

Not enough time in the day!

  • Laraine R

Fabulous new dies & stamps! My other craft choice is cross stitch or crocheting.

Besidrs card making I love to read and crochet. I’m gearing up to do a lot of both while I am recuperating from hip replacement surgery this summer.

  • Mari

Does music count? I play cello for fun. I also sew, and made all my kids’ clothes when they were little, including lots of appliqué. Every holiday season, I give a small handmade gift to my staff. The past few years they’ve enjoyed reversible coffee cup cozier, luminaries with LED tea light candles, and tie-dyed socks.

  • Michel Espey

I love to knit and needlework.

  • Janet Ingraham

    I also love photography

  • Ruth Dupchen

I also like to do counted cross stitch.

  • Terri Orr

Love all the new releases, but really need that “beautiful things” sentiment! My go-to craft has always been working with florals, especially silks. I love to make wreaths and tablescapes for all seasons and sold a good bit of Autumn items last year for a fundraiser. I also love many needlearts and want to get back to some sewing!

  • Colleen Howell

It is a tie between home décor and scrapbooking, I enjoy all 3 the same really. Love all the cards great inspiration for us

  • Angela W

I don’t really do any other crafts besides making cards and other paper crafts anymore. I used to cross-stitch and have thought about taking it up again, but I haven’t been able to do so yet.

  • Sharon Gullikson

Another craft I really like is needlework like embroidery and cross-stitching. I like to decorate kitchen towels because they will be used over and over and over. I give them to friends and family. 🙂

  • Brian Poteraj

I like to make home decor of many types.

  • Queen Mary

Cross-stitching is one that I have stuck with
Scrapbooking and card making are the current favorites

  • Phyllis Freese

Great new products shown today. The only other craft I do besides papercrafting is learning to crochet.

  • Stampfoldandrepeat

!! So much to love in this release! First off, the simply stamped butterflies are wonderful, and then the cats in Mama and Me just make my heart melt with the intertwining tails!!

I also enjoy origami, and I try to find origami patterns that I can incorporate on my cards.

  • Mary-Anne V.

Beside paper crafting my craft of choice is sewing or needlework. Wonderful spring time images.

  • Gail Shurbutt

Digital Scrapbooking! I love creating beautiful albums and having them printed for my family to enjoy and remember all that God has done for us.

  • Susan Fenn

I started my paper crafting with making many scrapbooks. Everyone told me to save all my paper clippings because they guaranteed I would make cards. Much to my disbelief, cards are now my passion. You give a bit of yourself when you give your creations. And I had better get going and USE all those stamps and dies I just HAD to have!!

  • Rana

I love all the new little bits! My other hobby besides papercrafting is sewing.

  • BunnyD

Loving all the crafting references in today’s release! If there’s a craft I have probably tried it. I love to learn new things. Besides papercrafting, when I’m not doing that lately, I’ve been playing with paints. Mostly watercolour but I have played with oils and acrylics also.

  • karen reich

I quilt and I also like to cook. Thankfully, my husband is a willing guinea pig for new recipes. 🙂

  • Jessica Robertson

I am a stay at home mom of four little inspirations. They are my muse and what they dream up I try to create it. Wither it is princess dresses, forts, magical worlds, or down to a “plain” hat to wear to school, this mama works her magic to make it. I love using my hands so that is my hobby. My second child will love to see your butterfly set. She is my little butterfly in my life. She loves to flutter around bringing new life to everything she touches. She probably will claim that set for herself. Thank you for sharing your talents!

  • Mary Beth

If I am not @ my cardmaking table, you will find me sitting @ a sewing machine. I honestly couldn’t tell you which craft would be my favorite…..guess it just depends on the day! 😉

  • JuliaP

Besides card making I enjoy quilting. There is something very satisfying about taking pieces of fabric and creating something out of it.

  • Carol

Sewing whatever projects my kids come up with to do and if time for it, the stuff I want to do!

  • Deanna Morgan

Other than card making, I love flowers (and more flowers) and have lots in pots in the summer. Guess that’s not really a craft though. I also love decorating houses and shopping for things to use in my home. I like changing things up so that it’s not always the same. Also not necessarily a craft unless I do some of my decorating with things I’ve made.

  • Beth K

When the weather is nice I love to plant flowers around the outside of the house!

  • Chris D.

I’ve been involved in various crafts over the years, but at present I am working on a Cat in the Hat rag quilt and a basket of cards for our upcoming Relay for Life auction for the American Cancer Society. We are Coach K’s Crew named for my son-in-law who died of colon cancer at age 42.

  • Diane Morris

I can get lost in the garden for hours–just like I do in my craft room!

  • Gilda McCain (McStamper)

I love fabric crafts, too. And, of course, I love A Life She Loved set. The butterflies are beautiful.

  • Carol

Sewing takes up my other crafting time! Quilting and card making are my go to crafts!

  • Noreen

I like making books, and recently I have been making things with leather. Thanks for the chance to win!

  • Erika

I used to sew. Now I love cooking if you call that a craft.

  • Lisa Reber

Card making and 3D paper projects take what little spare time I have but I love to crochet too. It is so fast, you are able to see the results of your time and effort quickly.

  • Cindy Kaiser

    Dear Taylor & Staff,
I love creating greeting cards! Everyone that I have ever given a card, says they want to frame it, it is so beautiful! I tell them it’s my “Taylored Expressions” products that I use. Can hardly wait for 2017 Stamp Joy, so that I can meet you & thank you all again for filling my life with your beautiful products!
    Cindy K

  • Evelyn

I lost my mom 8 years ago today, and the butterfly cards remind me of her, she loved butterflies! Besides paper crafting, I like to knit, but I am not very good at it!

  • Angie VC

Other than my paper crafts, I do some gardening when the weather is right!

  • Mutzy Mia

Paper crafting takes up most of my time but if there were any spare minutes it would be either knitting or crochet. Thanks for the chance to win.

  • Iris Esther López

My first craft is papercrafting. On the months prior to Christmas I like to make felt ornaments. Also I used to sew.

  • Isabel Z

  • Sue LD

Fabulous items today. I also like to knit and simple sewing projects.

  • Tosha

Any craft that includes textiles, fabric, fabric, fabric. Sewing became my first love in the 2nd grade, and several decades later it is still my go to for a stress reliever. Thanks for adding the Block Party Mom die to the BP collection.

  • sharla~

Super cute cards!! Love the mama and me stamp set and the butterflies are gorgeous!! My other crafting hobby is wood projects, vinyl, art journaling, DIY projects!

  • Becca Yahrling

I love mixed media and wish I had more time to spend doing it.
Love the Mama & Me set today – so adorable! And “A Life She Lived”
would make a great set to have for mixed media… 🙂

  • Mary

Memory keeping goes hand in hand with paper-crafting and it is one of my favorite crafts to do. Cooking is another of my crafts? If it’s not a craft let’s make it one. Smile BIG! 🙂

    Mary from NH

  • Arianna Barbara

My other craft of choice would be Wood craft. I love making little DIY wood projects.
Another amazing day!!! Love all these cards!!!

  • Denise Bryant

Gorgeous cards! I’m in love with the beautiful Butterflies set!
My second craft of choice… I would say beading! I’m a novice at it, but I love the colors and variety of beads and charms I can find to create with! I’d love to learn more!

  • Louise W.

Cardmaking is my first choice as I spend a LOT of time in my craft room, but painting is my second. I’m dabbling in acrylics and would like to take it to the next level and create mixed-media canvasses. Years ago when my kiddos were young, I would do counted cross stitch when they napped. (Nap? What’s that? LOL!) Plus I made rhia rugs and batiks. I guess I’ve always been crafty! ????

  • Deb Bridgewater

I love to cross stitch when I need a break from paper crafting!

  • karenajo

I mainly papercraft but still sew some. I love to garden, but don’t think that is considered a ‘craft’. Those new butterflies are gorgeous !

  • Amy C.

Papercrafting is the only craft I have time for right now!

  • Bette M

My next choice would be crocheting but haven’t done it in a long time because I am to busy making cards and scrapbooking.
Absolutely love the butterfly set, its a must have for me.

  • Jean marmo

Gorgeous inspiration. Love playing with paint.

  • Sally K

I also enjoy sewing projects, embroidery that sort of thing but haven’t indulged in those as much in the past years after discovering paper crafting. Love all the beautiful and creative ideas today.

  • Lisa Ragano

The butterflies are magnificent, however, I am concerned that they would be difficult to line up.
It would be great if there was a video showing us how to do it. Please!!!

  • Juliana

What a fabulous release! I am in love with the butterfly set! Paper crafting is really my craft of choice! I’ve tried needlework, sewing, jewelry making, and many more, but I keep coming back to paper!

  • Martha

I like to crochet. I find it very relaxing and good for my arthritic hands. It is rewarding to watch the colors and pattern grow.

  • Jackie Adair

Great work today! Love the designs! After cardmaking, I prefer to paint on wood or canvas or brick!

  • Sherry

Before papercrafting, I used to do a lot of cross-stitch. Now besides for cards, scrapbooking, I enjoy baking and trying out a variety of DIY projects I come across. My next project is painting on pallet wood. I’m not much of a painter but we’ll see how it goes! Love the new butterflies! I didn’t think it would be possible to need more butterfly stamps/dies, but I think I must have these (along with everything else in your new release)!

  • Brenda C.

I am loving this release! Besides cardmaking and occasional scrapbooking, I enjoy embroidery and making “softies” or “felties.”

  • Vivian C.

Papercrafting is my first love. I do also dabble with jewelry making and enjoy chainmail. I love all the new Little Bits, so fun. I agree the “unfazed by the panda-monium” is a fabulous sentiment.

  • Marsha Reed

My other crafts of choice are counted cross stitch and crochet. I do spend more of my time paper crafting than the other two these days.

  • Paula Hymel

Papercrafting is my only craft of choice! I do play around with my camera and do a little macro photography at times and a little digi scrapbooking, but I’d gladly take my craft room and cardmaking over any other craft!

  • Susan Lang

I would cooking. I love to cook. Fancy dinner, sweet treats – it doesn’t matter! Love all these new products. Such fresh designs.

    • Taylor

Me too, Susan! I wasn’t sure if cooking could be considered a craft, but I’m right there with you! Now if my kids can just get a little bit older so they appreciate it instead of complain about it! lol

  • Patti Rocha

I love soapmaking! There’s something about mixing the colors and layering and adding the sparkle at the end, that reminds me a lot of papercrafting–its as fun to start as it is to finish! Plus, the final product is something you can say, ‘I made it myself!’ and it makes you feel good.

  • Linda Carson

My other craft of choice would be needlework. Fabulous work by your design team!
