Personalize Your Christmas Tags Using Alphabet Stamps!

Hey, crafty friends! Was it just me, or was the October release last week just a whole lot of fun?! I always love when it’s time to work on Christmas crafting projects and there was certainly plenty of inspiration to see! Did you have a favorite project that you saw either here on the blog or on one of our TE Creative Team members blogs?
Today, I have some personalized Christmas tags to share that I created for my daughters and nephews. It’s been a bit of a tradition for me to create these tags each year and I have saved all of my girls tags to tuck into our Christmas scrapbooks.
Watch the video below to see how I created my personalized Christmas tags for this year:
Personalizing tags, cards, and other projects is so easy to do using either alphabet stamps or dies. In the video, I show you how quick and easy it is to stamp out a name using the Handlettered Alpha stamp set. The set is a script style and connects easily by overlapping the thicker, left side of the letters with the smaller tail on the right side of the letters. This stamp set is clear, which makes seeing what you are doing and lining things up so easy!

And, how cute are the critters from the Fluffy Friends – Holiday stamp set? I colored the critters with Copic Markers and then added some glitter details using a glue pen. The critters are attached to the tag bases using foam squares.

The tag base is die cut using a Stitched Banner Stacklets die. I used the largest size banner and cut the tags from Toffee and Cherry Pop cardstock. I stamped the Toffee tag with the Boughs & Berries Background stamp using Sugar Cube ink and then trimmed a bit off the end to layer it onto the Cherry Pop tag.

I am so excited to continue my personalized tag tradition this year! Do you have any specific holiday projects that you like to complete each year? Do you send out handmade cards, create treat boxes, or make gift card holders?
There is more Christmas inspiration coming to the blog later this week from Taylor so make sure to stop back again and thank you so much for stopping by today!
