Shaking Things Up for Christmas!

Hey, crafty friends! I know what you are thinking… more tags?! I have really always loved creating tags for the holidays. It’s the best finishing touch on a wrapped gift. Sometimes, I create more tags for the holidays than handmade cards because I feel like I can spread that hand crafted piece of joy just a bit further! Many of my family and friends actually save the tags I have created use them as ornaments on their tree or tuck them into a holiday scrapbook.
The tags I created to share today are shakers that I made with the new All is Bright stamp set and coordinating die. Watch the video below to see how I created them:
The All is Bright lantern works perfectly to create a tag, especially a shaker tag! I stamped the lantern with Sugar Cube ink onto Honey cardstock and I love how it has a whitewashed and weathered look.

I added some tiny star confetti/glitter that I had in my craft stash into the shaker and then dressed it up with some pine sprigs that I die cut using the Winter Greens die collection. The perfect finishing touch is a bit of burlap twine for the bow and attached to the top of the lantern tags for tying onto gifts.

Do you like creating tags for the holidays? Or do you like to stick to creating cards? Thank you so much for stopping by today. We will have more crafty inspiration coming your way soon a little later on this week!
