Cupcake Saturday?
It just doesn’t have the same ring to it as Cupcake Friday, but Happy Cupcake Day (a day late)! I know I promised a cupcake card and a challenge yesterday, but we were off at the Aquarium of the Pacific with my in-laws. We had a great time touching the rays, sharks, starfish, sea urchins, and all kinds of other creatures. I love watching the sea lions and seals too! I’ll have to be quick today because we’ve got some projects for Jon’s dad, Mr. Fix It. He’s installing some lighting in our garage (a.k.a. Taylored Expressions warehouse. lol), fixing our sagging sofa, and installing new valve stems in our tires. Whew… that’s a lot for one day! For this card I used Papertrey’s new It’s a Celebration stamp set and the Pink Patterns collection of patterned paper. The card is 5″ x 5″ square. The polka dot acrylic frame is from Making Memories and the polka dot ribbon is from Taylored Expressions. Today’s cupcake challenge is another sketch. You’re not required to use cupcakes for the challenge, but if you got ’em why not use ’em!? 🙂 If you’re uploading to Splitcoast use keyword TECC8 (for Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge 8). If you post on your blog, leave a link in the comments so I can check it out! Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
