October Divine Design Challenge
Good morning! I feel like a broken record every time Divine Design rolls around. I always say “Can you believe it’s already _______!?” So in keeping with that theme… Can you believe it’s already October!? The months just keep flying by and each month the Divine Design sneaks up on me. I’ve had this beautiful verse in my collection of stamps since I started stamping. I think it was one of the first I purchased at Hobby Lobby (before I even knew about Stampin’ Up! *gasp*). I decided to ink it up last night for the challenge. The patterned paper is from Papertrey’s Everyday Blessings Collection and the cardstock is Papertrey Aqua Mist. I inked the Ask, Seek, Knock in Aqua Mist ink and the smaller words in Versamagic Midnight Black. I added some Kaiser Craft pearls to the background and tied a key embellishment into the Aqua Mist stitched ribbon. I was going for simple and striking… hopefully this card accomplishes that!
