Good morning! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I’m happy to report that I finished reading my first book in a long time! I used to LOVE to read. Growing up I would live for those summer reading programs where they would award the boy or girl who read the most books with a free pizza (or some other inconsequential prize). I even made time for ‘free reading’ in college among all my studies. But it seems when I discovered papercrafting, it took the place of reading and I suddenly didn’t have time for it anymore. Last week my love for reading returned as quickly as it had disappeared and I felt a need to read! I headed to the library and lo and behold all of my favorite authors (I like mystery/suspense novels) had written several new books during my vacation from reading! So I snatched up about 5 books and re-discovered my love for reading with a true page-turner! Thanks for listening to my little story above, but that’s really not the reason for my post today! I’m getting super excited for our Blast from the Past customer blog hop later this month and if you haven’t signed up, there’s still time! I also wanted to let you know that I made a date error in the newsletter regarding our blog hop rules. In the newsletter it says you can use stamps released through March 2009, but it should read through March 2010. This will be a great reason to pull out your much loved TE stamp sets and get to know fellow TE lovers on the hop!Sign up to play by sending an email to bloghop@tayloredexpressions.com with the subject line “June 22 Hop”. In your email simply list the following info: your first and last name, the name of your blog, and your blog address. By sending this email you are committing to posting a creation on your blog at 8am PST on June 22nd according to the Hop Rules above.– You will receive an email confirming your spot in the hop. That email will also include the optional challenge, a list of excluded stamp sets (released after March 2010) and a recap of the rules.– You will receive another email 2 days prior to the Hop with a list of all participants and links to include in your post along with the Hop badge.
