Our talented Creative Team is back with one more day of inspiration using the latest products and I have an invitation to share using the previously released Eventful and RSVP stamps along with newly released Eventful – Pool Party & Flip Flop dies:
The orange layer of the invitation is sized at 5″ x 7″. I cut patterned paper from the Doodlebug Sunkissed 6×6 paper pad and a white cardstock layer sized slightly smaller to fit the RSVP stamp with room at the bottom for the Eventful – Pool Party border die. I trimmed the border die from several colors of cardstock and patterned paper and pieced the design together to achieve the multi-colored look. I also added extra dimension to the palm fronds with a darker shade of green Copic marker.
Then I added the yellow bar across the top of the invitation and stamped ‘You’re Invited’ from the Eventful stamp set in black ink. I used the ‘string’ from the On the Line cutting plate and trimmed it to fit around the sentiment. To finish it off I cut several of the smallest flip flop from the Flip Flop Garland set, embellished them with Doodlebug Sprinkles, and popped them up with foam tape.
Thanks so much for joining us for our June release! Make sure you check out the projects from the rest of our Creative Team by clicking their photos below and leave ’em some love too!
