Creative Team: Gifts From Jolly Old St. Nick!
Happy Hump Day, crafty friends! It’s really turning into the holiday season and with it comes the season for giving. Today, Creative Team member Kim Singdahlsen has crafted an absolutely adorable way to dress up your gifts this Christmas. Check out how she did it below…
- Die-cut with Bottled Up die using Salt Water Taffy Cardstock; score to hang from the neck of a wine bottle; emboss with Bead Board Embossing Folder.
- For Santa, die cut the following pieces: second largest Stitched Circle Stacklet from flesh-colored cardstock; individual pieces from Roly Poly – Santa die in Cherry Pop, Sugar Cube, Oreo, Cupcake and Dijon as shown in the photo above; Little Bits – Champagne Flute die from Cookie Monster.
- Assemble Santa as shown. (Note: Cut three small circles from Cupcake cardstock for the rosy cheeks and adhere one behind the beard for his lips. Fold one glove slightly to hold the champagne flute.)
- Die-cut the large label from the Bottled Up die set from patterned green paper.
- Stamp and emboss sentiment from Sing of the Season on green label.
- Adhere Santa and tag to Bottled Up die-cut as shown.
To:/From: Tag
- For the tag, die-cut the following pieces: second largest Stitched Circle Stacklet from Sugar Cube cardstock; pants from Roly Poly – Santa in Cherry Pop, then trim off sleeves; belt and buckles from Oreo and Dijon cardstock.
- Stamp “to/from” from Special Delivery on white circle. Color hearts with Copics. (Note: Stamp the “to” and “from” separately to line up inside the curve of the circle.)
- Assemble tag as shown.
